Guest：Phenomenal Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. Finally, the drinks, bartenders, and tea in the living room after skiing were the best. I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and the concierge and front desk staff, all of whom were absolutely lovely, efficient and responsive. Thank you thank you for a phenomenal stay Zannier!
Guest：This was our second stay at Le Chalet Zannier and had high expectations following an incredible initial experience 5 years ago. But to say our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every aspect of our stay was extraordinary. And while I would like to base this review around the wonderous accommodation, amazing food, innovative cocktails and superb skiing, it's the people behind Le Chalet that make it so remarkable. Emilie, Marina, Ilijana, and Jordan have assembled a team of professionals who epitomize what personalized service is all about: They make you feel like a guest in their home not their guest in a hotel. We cannot wait to return to Le Chalet next year. We made the mistake of waiting 5 years between stays, we won't be making that mistake again.
Guest：Le Chalet Zannier is a pearl in the amazing town of Megève. My stay at this magnificent Chalet was outstanding. The place is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the service is over the top - reception, the great restaurant, the spa, housekeeping, the cleaning, the drivers. Everyone is there to help and make you happy. And you are. The food - breakfast and dinner - was truly excellent. The wine selection is awesome. So, wow. Definitely one of my my best holidays ever. To wake up in the morning at Le Chalet Zannier was magical. It’s a dream. One of those unique boutique places that you don’t want to leave, but if you really have to, you only think: when am I coming back? Merci beaucoup to everyone at Le Chalet. It has exceeded my high expectations and I am looking forward to coming again.
Guest：The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. But unfortunately the shower not existing only a tab and that very small is hard to give the Hotel 5 stars. Also not having a Restaurant on location during summer is not good
