The guest house was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. however the male host Paul? announced at breakfast to a full dining room that if anyone wanted marmalade it was in the kitchen as if it was brought out to the dining room "Someone will nick it" He seemed unaware of what he had implied. We assumed the marmalade must have been homemade.

Great find. Very clean throughout. Very comfy beds and pillows. We had room 2 at the front plenty of room,very quiet area also. No problem parking. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty of it. The marmalade is homemade and very nice. We will be returning when we can . Thank you Fiona and paul

Hotel nice and clean breakfast very nice all freshly cooked with local ingredients, Fiona singing was a bonus plenty of roadside parking in a quiet area close to all amenities very enjoyable weekend stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hillary. The rooms were very clean and spacious.There were tea and coffee facilities that we restocked daily. Ben was extremely comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent. Something for everyone. We all loved Fiona fried bread. The Breakfast was hot and delicious. We can not wait to return the next time where in Llandudno
I went with my partner, parents and some family friends, overall we had a fab stay. Owners were nice, my parents had an issue at home and would be arriving late, my mum phoned ahead and Fiona greeted them with no issue at all. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Llandudno, easy to access the bus routes, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The place is decorated lovely, Fiona is an artist and you can tell she's put some creativity into that. We loved the parrot decor in the entrance. Breakfast was a highlight, catered well for 2 vegetarians and vegans. All of us were impressed with the food we received. Rooms were very clean and there are even mini fridges which was an added bonus. Bathroom well stocked as was the drinks facilities in the room. Only issue (very minor) was the pillows, not plump enough for us but I don't feel like it's worth knocking marks off, it's quite an easy fix! Thanks for having us, we would definitely stay again.
Great little b&b only 5 minute walk into the town. The hosts were great. Helpful, pleasant, friendly, chatty and welcoming. Breakfast was the best I had ever had from a b&b - plenty to choose from, piping hot and delicious.. Room was clean, quiet and even had a little fridge which was a great idea to keep a cool drink for the night. Would thoroughly recommend.
Our lovely anniversary/ birthday weekend was spent at the Hilary for 2 nights lovely room lovely and clean amazing cooked Welsh breakfast cooked to perfection. I asked for an extra sausage and got one happy days . On my birthday morning there was a birthday card on our table just a nice touch . Will definitely stay again . Thanks Hilary & Paul .
