Guest：A very compact yet adorable resort located in a valley . Travelled with my family ***** with my disabled daughter . The resort was so kind to accommodate us with an accessible room. Room had great view of the valley . Evening tea was relaxing with tea and hot savourie. Great place for family with kids since they have outdoor games and also a small zip line for kids . Night was silent and peaceful. Room flooring could have been better since its always with dirt due to the flooring even though the housekeeping does a great job. Food tasted yum but need improvement in freshness of meat ( GRT management seriously need to take a look ). Resort is wheelchair accessible to most places but not the lower decks. No elevator to swimming and activity area . Need some kind of ramp near the tea activity area too. When I visited I could not get any spa appointments. I was told it was full . Very much disappointed . Wonder they are understaffed for spa . My daughter enjoyed the huge tub . Hospitality was great . Will I come here again ? May be , may be not . Moderate value for money .

Guest：Chose this place in June 2023 and now again in Jan 2026. Overall June 2023 felt better but that is just me. The Resort is worth a visit and the Balcony rooms have a great view.
