  • Guest：Nice hotel! Nice hotel! The roon is very spacious and the bathroom and shower have extra room. All staff are very frienly and helpful.

  • Guest：Convienient location. Room and facilities very clean. Bathroom exhaust fan extremely noisy. Coffee and tea available at the front desk only. I stayed there to take a 4 day tour to la husteca potosina, first day I hadnt bought my own towel and I wasnt sure if I was going to find one so I took one of the towels provided in the room just in case I needed it, which I didnt need and returned the same day, but apparently it was a great deal because I got lectured and almost crucified. Only one towel left in my double room and I had to request and extra one the following days. Felt like the staff took this weird attitude. Fortunantely I dont think I was charged for the towel they thought I stole but I only borrowed.
