Good location near siem restaurants room are clean and staff friendly, only small problem is the internet is not very good I don’t know if it’s only here or in most hotel , but room are clean international standard

booked 2 rooms at Yes Hotel Imus on Jan. 12-15, 2026 but they gave me only 1 room and said that Trip.com will refund the payment for other room. It's been 10 days and no refund yet. What happened?

It was an okay stay since we had a plated breakfast. Not much option in the area and for the price I think we get less of what we paid for.

カビテに家を借りたので准备のためにカビテのホテルを探して宿泊しました。
ショッピングモールに并设されたホテルなので、买い物や食事で困らないと思い选びました。
率直な感想として次回泊まるホテルではないです。
悪い所
?冷蔵库は无い
?窓が无い
?ベットメーキングやタオル交换、扫除は无い
?テッシュは无い（トイレのトイレットペーパーのみ）
?朝食は美味しくない（スクランブルエッグやウインナーにケチャップソースはつけてくれないから１日目は忘れたのかと伝えてもらいましたが、翌日も同じくケチャップはつかないのでそのまま食べました）
