  • Guest：上海今年特别热，响应那边亲戚的号召，让父母来了一场説走就走的旅行，原计划去修文避暑，多呆一阵子的，谁知道修文也热的白天没法出门，酒店环境很不错，有温泉，热放弃了。国营酒店，服务谈不上最好，但是要特别感谢晓旭经理对父母的照顾，因为天热，父母大人来的早，还特地亲自迎接让我父母提前入住，环境是好的，可能淡季的关系人少吃的也不多，只能改变计划，换到别的地方去了，有机会再去修文会继续选朵芳阁的。

  • Guest：住这么多次酒店以来第一次评论一个酒店，体验感真的较差，很老火，800多的房间简直一般，提前到等待打扫都不説了，房间没水了要求前台送居然告诉我要付费，付费我都接受了，要求他们送4瓶来，结果等了1-2小时都没送来，最后自己下去买的，太老火了，总体感觉很差
  • Guest：从办理入住开始，整个大厅只有一个前台，办理完入住，没人带领入住，也不主动指引房间方向。在绕了几圈后，整个温泉中心，也看不到服务人员，还是打电话问前台，兜兜转转才找到。就算了，期待晚上泡汤，先去吃饭，整个大厅还是前台一人，跟着箭头上了二楼，一出电梯，一片漆黑，吓半死。问了前台，一楼用餐，已经是饭店，整个一楼没有一个客人，走进餐厅一股闷气超级不透气，选择出酒店去吃饭。也算了，只要温泉还可以就行，结果吃完饭去泡汤，好多都没开，就开了几个汤池后，给人一种脏脏的感觉，走完整个温泉中心，才有几处开着的集中的汤池，将就泡一会儿回房间。孩子还期待第二天去游泳，第二天去了户外泳池，水都没有，找了很久也找不到工作人员。总之就是一次非常不好的体验
