很不错的酒店，离米兰中央火车站仅步行4分钟，乾净衞生，服务态度好，租了一个带梳化床的房间，大小床之间有隔开

除了位置近火车站、设施都比较老旧、预定了一间双床房、一间双人床房、结果2间都是双人床房、说已经full了、不可更换、（还说是trip.com搅错）、然后我给入住证明给她看、她没有想办法、只叫我自己把床分开、佢会提供另一套bed sheet、几经争取下她才通知客房部把床分开、但只得一张被、当更换时我们外出吃饭回来问reception 是否已经办妥、她只说一句”should be”、这是4星酒店的服务吗？
房间是热水煲是坏的、电视也开不了、浴室没有牙擦、牙膏、没有一次性拖鞋、这是我在trip.com预定酒店??最差的经历！

The hotel was very clean and also in the heart of Milan.
I love staying there the location works so good, but some staff is not really friendly.

我们11点到了酒店，前台就帮助我们免费办理了入住，这在欧洲，是要收费的。服务人员态度非常好，房间大小合适，是非常标准的酒店布局，酒店离最近的地铁站150m，离火车站200m，非常方便，楼下就有一家还不错的披萨店，总之很便利

Friendly staff, great location near Milan Central Station.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor.
Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

Very convenient hotel that’s a 5 min walk from Milan centrale train station. Room has everything you need and is value for money
