Excellent hotel boutique
Excellent hotel boutique. The only thing weird is the entrance to the building which looks as it were offices. However, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are great.
An ideal home base for 2 wks of walking to explore Milan's many districts, as well as Milano Centrale for ventures outside the city. Great big shower, comfy bed, quiet, super friendly people. Loads of restaurants nearby, and it was nice to "come home" to dinner after a day in the more tourist-intensive areas. Italian-style breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, croissants, cakes, great coffee) was perfect to start the day (more substantial fare also available). Grazie mille for a wonderful introduction to vibrant Milano!
We stayed at this nice hotel in a fairly quiet and very safe neighborhood (twenty minutes walk to the duomo). The parking instructions were not too clear however the parking is extremely secure with two metal gates. The rooms are well appointed and very attractive, bedding and overall quality is very good as well. The bathroom is very fancy and has a steam function, bathrobes provided was too small for a tall individual. The reason for not being excellent was the staff while polite did not have the training and knowledge or even bothered to tell us about anything besides the fact that our room was not ready for an early checkout. Parking is €24.00 a night and expensive if you stay more than one night.
Un soggiorno che merita: così siamo stati accolti sin dall’inizio io e la mia ragazza. A partire dalla camera, molto comfortevole, fino ai servizi in essa veramente tutto eccellente. Personale qualificato, ottima insonorizzazione delle camere e la pulizia al top.
Cozy and classy atmosphere, soft lights, cool sauna and steam bath inside the room… also very comfortable bed! The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable, they suggested us valuable options for bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood (Porta Romana). Would definitely recommend :)
I enjoyed this hotel. The room was large for a European hotel. The front desk was very helpful with parking and storing our luggage. We stayed in room 10. My only complaint is you couldn’t control the temperate inside the room though they would do it for you if you asked. The hotel had a decent location 15 minute walk to Duomo.
The hotel is rooms are so nice, clean and spacious. It is one of the cleaniest hotels I have ever been. The recepsionists were so kind, proffesional and they really made us feel welcomed in this hotel. Everything was perfect, as I mentioned the staff, the room, the location. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If anyone is planning a trip to Milan, I would recommend this one. For sure we will come back at this hotel whenever we visit Milan.
Un mot : PARFAIT. Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix! L'accueil était chaleureux, le personnel très aimable, à l'écoute et de bons conseils, petit clin d'oeil à Eugenio et Antonio. La chambre est magnifique, très propre, calme. Les installations sont fonctionnelles, sauna et hammam très agréables après une journée chargée et la cerise sur le gateau : une literie ultra confortable! J'avais lu dans les commentaires précédents que quelques clients se plaignaient des lumières de la commande du sauna pendant la nuit, l'établissement en a tenu compte et a mis à disposition un petit carton pour les masquer. Bref, des gens adorables, un établissement au top, les ingrédients d'une expériences inoubliables. Je recommande à 100% les yeux fermés! Merci!
