A pleasant stay which was situated close to the main tourist spots. Breakfast selection was incredible and delicious. Friendly and attentive staff which made my stay in Agra even more memorable!

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute.
The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. Despite being advertised as a luxury property, it falls far short of even basic expectations.
The food served was substandard – not only lacking in variety and quality but also seemed stale and not freshly prepared. This was a major letdown, especially when traveling with family.
The room conditions were unacceptable. We encountered bugs and even cockroaches in the room, which clearly indicates poor hygiene and housekeeping standards. It made our stay extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety.
This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, especially families. There are far better options available in the same price range that provide cleaner accommodations, better food, and a more comfortable stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes immediate improvements.

This was a good hotel for the night. Nothing special about the room, but the lobby looks nice and the staff is helpful. It’s not too far from the Taj Mahal, but you cannot see the Taj Mahal from the building at night since the Taj Mahal is not lit up at night.

It was very nice service, beautiful smelling annd clean lobby, corridors, rooms and live sitar music during breakfast. The pool, the bar, everything was very cool.

根本不配凭到豪华酒店第二名 早餐非常差 被子都是脏的 房间有头发 唯一比较好的是服务员的态度 但是都是叔叔阿姨 爷爷奶奶那种服务员 年纪比较大 主要以亲切热情取胜 没有豪华酒店排名第二的那种专业 严重怀疑这个评价的真实性！携程不负责任！
