  • Guest：I was booked in for 2 nights the room was so unbearable to stay in I had to cut my trip short the room wasn’t clean the bed was just thrown together a cracked toilet massive red mark in the bath the cold in the room even with the heater on was horrible the smell in the room was disturbing the duvet have never been wash and the smell in the room in general was horrific and also leaving a smashed lamp behind the table was very unpleasant… the reception staff were lovely people but over all a horrible stay the beds were like bricks of concrete I won’t be back and I would like to request have my money back for today as I left the hotel at 8.30 this morning and for tomorrow please and thank you
