员工能力欠缺，卫生条件差——枕头和被子脏兮兮的，床单上有多处污渍。此外，房间没有热水，工作人员表示没有其他空房可供调换。

Hotel stay was fine. A couple of minor issues. Could hear the people in the room next door until quite late. There was brown liquid statin on the wall which could have been wiped off with a little elbow grease. I was expecting a desk in the room so I could do some work but the room was too small to fit one. The room was fine overall and was generally quiet as it was away from the main road. The decor and layout is a bit quirky, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I wouldn't stay here for leisure, but for business, it was just about good enough. Really should find a way to put a desk in the room, or mention that there isn't one in the room.

The location is great. There are bus stops right in front of it for both sides. It is very easy to go to Rosslyne Chapel or the city center. There is always hot water. The wifi works well. The rooms are fine. The only downside is there is no breakfast. That's fine too, there are many alternatives outside. There are no hotel slippers, but that's nowhere else in the UK. So bring your slippers in your suitcase when you come to the UK. I would definitely stay here again if I came back because of its location and very good price/performance value ??????

房间条件很好，入住和退房也很方便，接待很热情，距离Royal Mile Streer也不太远，整体很满意。

There is no clean or change towel even though I placed it at the floor by following their policy. Good location.

离超市很近，爱丁堡KB校区近，在一个别墅区里环境好，房间比较乾净。

总体还是不错的入住体验。房间有很大的落地窗。前台有工作人员的入住Check-in时间到晚上10：30，酒店会提前发送邮件要求房客确认入住时间，当得知我晚於10：30後很贴心的发一份英语邮件告知自助入住手续和从机场乘车的路线和公交线路讯息，这对我很有帮助。这对於语言不便的房客沟通可能会有些障碍。
酒店门口有31等几趟公交到市中心，距离王子街坐公交12站，约半个小时。也还方便。

LOCATION perfect.Right behind the Bus Stop..so many routes.We did daily Bus tours using the 5pound All day Bus Card..we were told of the Bus Card at the Fromt Desk..Hotel was Warm, Staff very warm, helpful, responsive and courteous..Beds Comfy, Rooms clean, Bathroom clean..a but tiny but functional...Worth every penny spent.

房间小，停车不方便。没提前预订停车场，需要停到别的地方，一天25.99磅。贵。衞生间淋雨浴非常小。窗户外面就是酒吧，喝酒的声音要很晚才能结束
