It was a nice and quiet place to stay. There was quick response to customers' request. Good customer service. There was easy access to transportation to the city centre from there. A strategic location too. But food is not part of their provision. I stayed for just one night and have no regrets. I enjoyed my stay there.

No change of towels given. No cleaning of room for 2 days. Parking spot full. Room was spacious for 2 people and the location was not that far off from the city center

Had no water supply during my stay, was given an emergency room to for all of the hotel to use as they advised it was an issue with cold water supply in rooms 8-25. Emergency room was room5 and the water is scolding hot and unbearable. I had a 2 year old with me that I could not showers and our toilet in the room we had could not be flushed. Trying to get in contact with hotel through multiple methods but no response is being received.

Located close to main Edinburgh City, with ~20 mins bus ride. Good information was provided beforehand on what needed doing when arriving late to the venue and instructions were easy to follow. The room size was decent.

酒店很偏僻，要坐8站左右公交車才能到景點，酒店附近沒有餐廳，無法吃飯。房間在二樓，要上樓梯，沒有電梯，我們幾個大行李箱搬不動，前臺坐在那里，態度很差，不幫忙。我們要前臺幫忙扶一下行李箱，他都説不行，真差。第二天回到酒店，發現房間也沒有打掃。另外，前臺經常沒人，有事找不到人，真差。

酒店下午三點check in，比較嚴格。不知是不是多心，看著我們3個大箱2個小箱還給了閣樓3層的房間，沒有電梯，完全靠體力順著狹小的樓梯一件件硬扛。房間非常小，我們訂的家庭房也就夠在地上開個箱。明顯二樓給歐洲的客人，有點歧視（這件事我們在曼徹斯特也遇到，后來爭取換了房，因為我們媽媽在，這邊是爸爸們去check in，??♀?）
浴室的水清風拂面，淋浴難度實在大，洗頭發幾乎不能考慮（我們都忍了兩晚）……
服務：幾乎很難找到接待，工作時間晚八點后就沒有了，早上10點后才有人……最后一天寄存下行李，收了10磅……
酒店離主城有點距離的，本以為環境會好些，沒想到……唯一可推薦的就是酒店門口就有公交，如果自由出行算是方便的。

It was average. We were staying for 3 nights, they came to clean once. The wifi was awful, my phone couldn't stay on it for one minute, so i just used mobile data. The beds, the bathroom was great, the mugs were dirty. The receptionist was rarely in his place, but we didn't need to each for any help so I don't know that he would have been available for us if we faced any problem.
