**Adjacent Kiln Courtyard Boutique Inn**
Originally a traditional rural courtyard house, Adjacent Kiln Courtyard has been transformed into a high-end boutique inn themed on calligraphy and painting. Its design prioritizes both the independence of room access and the integration of landscape elements.

First, the circulation routes were redesigned. Wooden verandas and earthen wall corridors were constructed to ensure that each guest’s path to their room is independent and private. Second, every room was endowed with a private courtyard and exclusive landscape views. This approach turns the surrounding scenery into a private amenity for each room, enhancing privacy while maximizing the use of natural resources. Third, the interior layout adopts a resort-style design that fully leverages the outdoor environment. By framing the exterior landscape as an integral part of the interior, guests can wake up to the sight of their private courtyard right from bed. The flexible, multi-functional furniture not only creates a relaxed atmosphere but also allows for extra bed arrangements when needed.

**Riverbank Courtyard Museum Inn**
Converted from a traditional rural house, Riverbank Courtyard is a museum-themed inn centered around Qiongyao Kiln artifacts. Its renovation adheres to the core principles of immersive experience and guest comfort.

First, art collections were seamlessly integrated into the space. Each room is themed around a specific cultural relic, with dedicated feature walls displaying high-definition photos of the artifact. Room numbers are also named after the respective relics. Second, the spatial layout was optimized. Given the concentrated room arrangement and limited outdoor expansion space, an art corridor was built to serve as a private transition zone leading to each room. Partial walls were removed to expand room areas, improving overall comfort, while mezzanines were added in some spaces to enhance functional versatility. Third, essential amenities were upgraded without compromising natural lighting. For the externally attached sanitary facilities, a steel-and-glass structure was adopted—its transparent design ensures ample natural light enters the rooms while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.
