This caused us to pay an additional 30 CHF for transportation. Luckily, we didn’t foolishly wait for the pass to arrive; otherwise, it would have been an even bigger waste of money and time. ?? ?? To make matters worse, the bathroom light was broken, forcing us to keep the door open and use a flashlight ?? just to freshen up. Absolutely unacceptable. ?? If you enjoy unpleasant surprises and unnecessary expenses, feel free to give this place a try. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service came to the rescue ??, or it would have been an even bigger disaster.
