The air conditioner in one room worked excellent! But didn't work well in the main bedroom. The view was spectacular, but we didn't notice any vinyards. Juat ocean and the scenic boardwalk area.

The restaurant was closed. The shower enclosure and doors are not secure. Needs some attention.

Très bonne communication avec la réception.
Nous avions oublié de confirmer la veille mon horaire d’arrivée. Après discussion nous avons rapidement re?u les codes d’accès.
Nous avons une grandes chambre avec une grande salle de bain en rendez chaussé.
La chambre est situé à proximité de nombreux restaurants et bar, ainsi que de la rue principale et la promenade d’Olbia.

The only good thing about this hotel was its location in Olbia, close to the city center and the airport. The shower was practically falling apart, and there was no reception or staff to assist you upon arrival or departure ( everything was done through watsapp). The place feels enclosed, the air conditioning was too small to properly cool the room, and although we always managed to find parking when renting a car, it was located a bit far from the property. The pizza owner next to this property was very kind and friendly with us as he helped us with getting situated upon arrival.

Très bon logement à Olbia
L’appartement avec une grande terrasse est très bien. Dommage qu’on ne croise personne pour le check-in et pour le check-out, c’est un peu triste.

Bien mais pas pour la climatisation
L'appartement est très bien le check in se fait rapide et le code après avoir téléphone il dispose d'une super terrasse mais le gros bémol les climatisations même a 18 (le mini) ne refroidissent quasi rien on a eu chaud comme pas possible et du coup impossible de dormir

Spacious room. Easy check in and check out. Very nice neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants. 5 min away from the airport. Very quite and green area by the water

This property was right on the Promenade and was super clean and recently remodeled. They do not have a front desk reception area, but they were extremely good at answer the phone provided to get the code to the front door and to your room. I read some past travelers complain about not having a front desk. But these were clearly not seasoned travelers that needed to have their hands held. Great room, great location, and great price. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Olbia.
