优缺点并存的酒店，服务：服务非常好，酒店里的所有员工都很热情和友好。这一点清迈的酒店真的做到了，让人还想再来。环境：是度假酒店，周围的环境真的非常美，整个酒店的设计感也很不错的。衞生：作为五星标准来説衞生比较差一点的了，电视机和沙发边上全是灰。而且房间有点潮，应该提前白天就打开加湿器的。设施：设施很全，泳池、健身房、spa、瑜伽、徒步这些活动，还有专车接送来回市区。但是bug又来了，设施比较久了，这个空调很吵！！！对声音敏感的人要谨慎！！！！（距离市区其实就半小时，没有很远我个人觉得，为美景买单我觉得值，但是这个空调Bug有点难以忍受（

藏在清迈山林里的宝藏高级度假酒店，真的是逃离城市喧嚣的完美秘境！车行至山间，推门就是满目苍翠，山峦环抱的景致治癒感拉满，清晨被鸟鸣唤醒，推开阳台门就是清新的山风，远眺还能望见山间白塔，随手一拍都是氛围感大片。酒店的设计融合了泰式兰纳风情与现代简约，用料精致又贴合自然，处处透着低调的高级感。无边际泳池直面山景，日落时分光影绝美，夜晚亮灯后更是浪漫到极致，泡在泳池里看山景晚霞，所有疲惫都烟消云散。房间宽敞舒适，布置雅致又贴心，细节处尽显用心，乾净程度无可挑剔，在阳台静坐喝茶，独享山林间的静谧与私密。管家式服务温柔又周到，从接送、入住到出行谘询，工作人员都热情专业，有求必应，还会贴心安排山间徒步、泰式体验等活动，体验感超棒。酒店的泰式SPA正宗又舒缓，搭配着山林的清幽，放松感加倍；早餐品类丰富还会每日更新，边吃美食边赏山景，幸福感爆棚。

很舒服放松的饭店，安静又惬意，服务人员亲切又贴心.基本入住饭店后就，可以尽情地享受放松自在的时光，慢活的散步，饭店的早餐、下午茶跟晚餐的选择也很多样化有好吃??

It was a little dissappointing overall; and hard to justify a 5 star luxury resort, maybe once upon a time. Facilities were rather old and not well maintained. Nice view from the pool, but aside from that; all other areas can have room for improvement; especially the maintainence.

Peaceful setting. The swimming pool being the highlight of this resort. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always friendly. Room service was excellent since we had a newborn baby with us.

Huge property and pretty well maintained given the age of the hotel. Super amazing view at breakfast and good breakfast spread
