其他还好，但是酒店的前台不太诚实，刚开始wifi上不去，问他怎么回事，告诉我每个房间都上不去，他们的技术人员在解决问题，结果我问了同酒店的客人，别人都可以上去的，最后还要回到前台，

Great rooms, comfortable bed, restaurant staff went above and beyond for my Caeliac wife. The restaurant was excellent both for Al la Carte or buffet. The whole hotel was friendly, helpful and informative. Highly recommend Utopia Cave Hotel when in Cappadocia.

饭店的公共环境很有特色，距离城镇中心走路约10分钟，很方便！饭店顶楼的视野非常好，可以看到这里少数的夜景！

服务很好，饭店工作人员态度都很好，很有耐心。食物很好吃，不管是早餐晚餐都有很多选择，吃的很饱，贼爽的一匹?????? 饭店也有很多设施可以用，有健身房、泳池、土耳其浴之类的。客房里面很大很????有一个贼大的浴缸，淋浴间也超级大，可以一次塞超多人，房间超乾净，床也很大很爽，一下就睡着了，太舒适了8?? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

This unique boutique hotel is built against a mountainside in Cappadocia, Turkey. Every room is a different adventure, with antique and modern decor in barrel vaulted rooms. I particularly loved the Turkish rugs in most rooms and hallways. The multiple beautiful pocket gardens and patios view the glorious hills of Cappadocia. There is a full service restaurant, a bistro, and an amazing pristine spa/ fitness center. But the true beauties of the place are the kind and helpful staff at Utopia Cave Hotel. When my husband became ill and we had to drop out of our tour, every one on staff helped us, especially reception desk clerk, Munnevin and Guest Relations Manager SevVarl, assisted us in finding a doctor and then reserving transportation to allow us to rejoin our group. I will always remember this special place that came to our aid in a difficult time in a foreign land.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a few issues, shower head was not working, and the bed lamp on one side didn't go off, could not sleep. Other than that it was a great experience.

Very happy with our stay - the standrad room is huge, with a built-in bathtub, espresso machine, several bottles ot complimentary water are provided every day. The staff is nice and friendly, always wklling to help. Beautiful building with many small gardens and terraces, the location is also great - 10 min from the centre by foot. We had only breakfast and I liked it as it consisted of typical Turkish food, even some Turkish delight and halva. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!
