Just back from a wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel. The team there is fabulous - from organizing our activities, to restaurant recommendations to simply making ourselves and our children feel totally welcome. They could not have done more for us ! Highly recommend this hotel

酒店位置很好，离格雷梅小镇中心走路几分钟，需要爬上坡。装修别致，虽然是洞穴，各项配套都很完善，很有特色，酒店的每处细节都是精心布置的。服务周到，服务人员十分热情，像朋友一样聊天，感觉很不错。在这儿住了两晚上，都十分完美。很棒的酒店，特别是三点半起床坐热气球老板也陪我们一起等，很感动！土国的完美旅行！

Serkan went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. His English is good so was a great help to sort activities, transfers and restaurant recommendations! The hotel itself is in an ideal location, very quick walk into the town but on a side street so a little quieter and just meters from the viewpoint in Goreme. We were totally spoilt with incredible views of the balloons from the bedroom terraces! Breakfast was a very generous Turkish spread and the room was clean, comfy and secure. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again one day!

Sekran and his team is the best. He is so attentive and helpful all the time with a big smile. Our stay was wonderful, everything was perfect. The day before we arrived, he reached out and helped us organized the balloon flight. Location is perfect. On our last day, he helped organised our transfer to Erciyes. We particularly love the jazzicci in the cave. We highly recommend Miras hotel.

Right upon checkin Serkan, made sure that our first hotel stay in Cappadocia was memorable. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Given that this is a cave hotel, it’s only natural not to expect too many modern amenities but basic and necessary things like a clean washroom and beds as well as friendly service and a delightful breakfast made this a fantastic stay for us. Special mention for the lady that managed the kitchen and Serkan who was at the reception nearly 24*7. Views from the room were fantastic and the rooms were well insulated and heated to keep the Dec cold out. We would be happy to return to the same hotel the next time we are in the Cappadocia region. The only thing I would hope they improve on are a few extra shelves in the cupboards and a few extra electrical outlets (a family traveling with multiple devices will struggle to charge them). One more thing - the photos on the internet are very much representative of the hotel rooms.
