  • Guest：Would have preferred a walk-in shower but room was excellent with lovely view of the mountains. Our reservation was somehow lost but the hotel was very accommodating and gave us their best available rate.
  • Guest：The customer service at the front desk and room service was poor. Not friendly, no smile, no eye contact. And everytime we called room service we had to leave a message, which was rarely returned
  • Guest：First of all, the hotel photos on the website were exaggerated, and I had booked and confirmed two rooms through *******, but when I checked in at the hotel, they only told me that only one room was reserved, and that one of the rooms had been cancelled by *******, and that I should contact ******* since I did not book directly with the hotel. However, there was no cancellation notice on my ******* account. It was also difficult to contact them by phone from Alaska. In the end, the hotel gave me two rooms that were connected, but one of the rooms did not have a bathroom, so it was not comfortable for five people. So I was grateful that I could only stay one night.
