Modern design hotel which is in our opinion mix of Italian and Asian culture. What we loved most was the proximity to the sea and watching of the fishermen boats. The breakfast and dinner with barefoot experience. Great view of the room and the staff was very friendly and nice. Great massage from Putri - thank you. Prices in the restaurant are a little higher but the food was delicious. Maintenance of the white colour design features looks demanding :)

My stay at Seven Secrets by Hanging Gardens was nothing short of magical. The resort perfectly blends luxury and tranquility, offering breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. The private crystal-clear beach felt like a hidden paradise, and the personal jacuzzi in my suite with its ocean view was the ultimate indulgence. The staff was incredibly attentive, with 24-hour butler service ensuring every need was met effortlessly. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool or exploring the lush surroundings, every moment was pure bliss. Truly a hidden gem in Lombok!

This resort is a must visit. Serene, private with exceptional staff and facilities. Nothing was too much bother for any staff, always smiling and going out of their way to accommodate any request. Congratulations to Dewa and his food and beverage team, Reception staff, Spa staff, housekeeping, grounds and all staff associated with the resort. Luxurious rooms and amenities and located on an amazing beach with spectacular sunsets. Loved every minute of it.

Il nostro soggiorno al 7 Secret è stato semplicemente perfetto! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza incredibile da tutto il personale. Un ringraziamento speciale va a **Dewa**, che ci ha seguito con estrema cura durante tutte le nostre cene: ogni pasto è stato una delizia, e la sua attenzione ai dettagli ha reso l'esperienza indimenticabile. Anche il **bartender** merita un elogio per i suoi drink squisiti, preparati con grande maestria. Non dimenticheremo mai quei cocktail deliziosi sorseggiati al tramonto. Un altro ringraziamento speciale va ad **Aidi**, che ci ha aiutato tantissimo con la prenotazione, facendoci sentire supportati e a nostro agio fin dal primo contatto. An exceptional, exclusive, cozy, very private place in a setting where nature is queen and well protected. The beach is fantastique. Exceptional welcome, very attentive service with careful luxury of the buildings. The rooms are very comfortable, very nice with luxury accommodations. A place to discover!

Ci sentivamo in paradiso dal primo istante. La struttura si trova in una delle più belle e pacifiche spiagge mai visto. La struttura è ampia e con delle piante esotiche molto belle. Le camere sono nuove, spaziose e di gran gusto. Si mangià in spiaggia che è impagabile. Tutto lo staff è molto attento e gentilissimo. In spiaggia si possono usare kayak, SUP e attrezzi da snorkeling. Abbiamo trascorso solo 3 giorni lì ma si può tranquillamente fare una settimana. Anche perchè l'hotel offre delle bellissime gite come escursione alle Gili Islands e alle cascate vicino al mount Rinjani. Consigliamo l'hotel.

Un coin de paradis. Nous avons eu l'occasion de visiter cet h?tel c'était comme go?ter un peu au paradis. Accueil chaleureux avec un drink de bienvenue, un personnel exceptionnel aimable, professionnel, attentionné et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Les merveilleuses chambres avec de la classe, le bain à remous sur le balcon, la salle de bain oufff vraiment magnifique, le lit confortable, en passant par la machine à café sans oublier la radio bluetooth et l'eau en bouteille, tout est réfléchi !!! Le service de massage impeccable merci à Siti poutri. Je dois mentionner le service exceptionnel de Komang, Sunan, Abi, Hadi, Puput, Sultan , Fahmi le chef cuisinier. L'h?tel nous a organiser une sortie pour les Gilis bateau à l'avant de L'h?tel avec collation..vraiment un service extraordinaire. Il y a l'appel à la prière mais ?a devient une expérience en soi étant donné les lieux exceptionnel et le confort proposé. Ne pas oublier les coucher de soleil et la plage avec tortues juste à l'avant de l'h?tel. Que du bonheur !!! Bravo à tous de la part de Yves et Ingrid du Canada. Une expérience qui va nous suivre toute notre vie.

Fantastic hospitality with great food! Quite new hotel and overall good standard on the facilities. Also nice long beach with friendly locals but overall nice a quiet. A good gym for the size of the hotel and good spa. The only thing to consider is that compared to other similar hotels excursions, spa and food is a bit higher priced but standard is also high. An extra warm thank you to Dewa Utama for everything! Overall strongly recommend

The absolute star of this location in the staff and the level of service. Service that not only reacts to your needs but predicts them, suggesting (without intrusion) opportunities that you not even have thought of. The really wonderful local staff are the cornerstone of the fantastic holiday I had here. The facilities (both in room and in the hotel more broadly) are excellent, having everything you might need. Everything is in perfect working order, kept fastidiously clean. The location of fantastic, with not just a beach at your doorstep, but snorkelling will reveal amazing coral and fish just a few meters from the shore. You’ll watch the sun set over the ocean and behind Bali every evening. I travelled alone, staying for 11 nights. I needed a calm, relaxing and restorative holiday and this was absolutely perfect for me. This hotel would be fantastic for couples as well as families and groups of friends.
