A very good stay overall and easy to recommend. The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, and offers excellent service and facilities. The Executive Deluxe Suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet and somewhat away from the city center, which is worth noting, and arranging a taxi bus can take some time, although regular taxis are easily available. A solid choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay, especially if proximity to the center is not a priority.
At first glance, the hotel looks impressive - spacious and visually appealing. However, the reality doesn't live up to the initial "wow." The property is aging badly, with cheap materials and worn-out furniture.
On the first morning, there was no cold water in the bathtub. It was fixed in the evening, but not even a word of apology or any gesture from the staff. The showerhead was old, leaking, and clearly overdue for replacement.
The second day was uneventful, but on the last night | had to turn off the air conditioning because it was too cold, and immediately a dripping noise started from the ceiling, lasting the whole night. To make things worse, at 5 a.m. the golf course blowers under my window woke me up.
Staff English is quite limited, though managers do speak very good English if needed.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel whether for business or leisure.
