Guest user：I loved staying at the Rethymno Mare hotel in kreta, Greece, it was an amazing time with my family and the new friends I made there. The workers were very nice people and my son and I had a good time together with the hotel staff who became our friends Bessy is a nice person, she is very polite and helpful, she works at the kiosk in the hotel. Giannis and the bartender he is very polite, friendly and makes the best drinks ?? Luigi was the entertainer and always included us in the activities, very nice. Cristina at the reception and the entire team, grade 10, always helped us with all the tips for tours and all the facilities. the restaurant is very good, Nikos and Miro are very polite staff and we felt at home ?? the Spar is wonderful! we had our time to relax with our dear masseuse Areti, who was very welcoming to me and my son. The entire team at the Hotel congratulates you, cleanliness and quality, everything is top notch for us ????

Guest user：Hello, we were at the hotel from September 11 to September 23. Great holiday, I can only recommend. I read a lot of negative reviews here before leaving. We went with our two-year-old son. I was afraid to go. People here complained about the rooms, food, terrible beach, dirty dishes, not good food. We arrived and I have to say everything was great! The room is beautiful, the sea the first 2 days big waves, stones, then small waves, great for fooling around and you could go into the sea without shoes, it was gradual and sand. The staff was great for us, they took great care of us in the restaurant, they always seat you at the table, they treated the little one great! Nice service on the beach and at the pool. Drinks good, the selection was enough for me. The food could be chosen differently every day.. The hotel is not in the center, but on the side, so if you expect city traffic, go elsewhere. 2 mini markets and a restaurant, which we also visited even though we had all inclusive, were enough for us, because we went to relax. There are stairs, but you can get everywhere by elevator. I would return to the hotel again.
