The CHC Torino Castello is, as the name suggests, just few steps away form Piazza Castello, and as such it represents an excellent location for visiting the city. Housed in an old building, the hotel has been nicely renovated (some parts seem still under renovation) and the room we were given was large and comfortable enough, with an acceptable level of cleanness, even though not spotless! Some details though were disappointing, such as the worn out bathrobes, the empty free minibar and the scarcity of toiletries: once requested, everything is promptly delivered, but in a 4-star hotel it should already be available. The breakfast choice is adequate (even though the orange juice quality was terrible!) but the separation of rooms for continental and English buffets in two rooms is rather unpleasant. The hotel boosts a small but nice sauna in the gym area: unfortunately, it seems to be always off (even when reception tells it is on!) and the guests have to switch it on by themselves, which unfortunately materially delays the whole process and spoil the sauna experience. Staff are nice, kind and responsive, but, as mentioned above, few details need to be sorted out to match the 4-star ranking.

Had a comfortable stay in the hotel - started off a little rocky when we got the hotel and the name had changed to hotel indigo. We were not told of this change and were very bemused! Staff are friendly apart from one girl at breakfast who thought it was acceptable and funny to stare at us! The bar is nice always was quiet when we were there but was very pleasant. Wish they had an outside bar! Location is great and close to everything - need to hunt for nice restaurants but there are some. Breakfast is fine - should vary a little more as it gets boring and the orange juice is truly vile! The rooms are slightly dated but ours was nice with a balcony - can imagine some of the more basic rooms are worse. The beds are the worst things ever - so hard! It’s an okay hotel not the best 4* hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Salve a tutti ottima esperienza a Torino albergo molto elegante camere al top personale gentilissimo e preparato camere molto silenziose colazione al top sia dolce che salato e specialmente centralissimo a due passi da tutto a piedi da tutte le bellezze di torino e dai ristoranti

Cet établissement est idéalement placé ! Proches des zones piétonnes et des zones de shopping, des principaux monuments historiques. On dépose la voiture au garage et le reste du séjour peut se faire à pieds. Le petit bémol, il n'y a pas de parking à l'h?tel. Le plus proche est à 200m, mais à 2 Euros de l'heure. Il y a un second parking à 30 Euros la journée, mais il est à environ 700m ! Pour les possesseurs de Telepass, il est nécessaire de faire une photo de celui-ci pour le second parking, car il y a un code qui se trouve sur celui-ci qui permet d'ouvrir la porte d'accès au batiment. Je ne l'avais pas fait et j'ai d? attendre que quelqu'un vienne pour entrer ! Mais sinon le séjour était une réussite :-)

Hotel in posizione invidiabile se si vuole visitare Torino. Vicinissimo al palazzo REALE E AL MUSEO EGIZIO. Camera arredata bene,e letti comodi. forse un po’ piccola. Peccato per l’insonorizzazione delle camere. Pessima, soprattutto lato strada. Sarebbe il caso di rifare le finestre. Colazione buona, ma più volte abbiamo trovato cucchiaini non lavati bene. Visto anche il prezzo elevato mi aspettavo di più

Fantastic stay. Had a 3 pm check-in. However, I landed earlier then anticipated and front desk was able to get me another room which was ready. So greatful. Great location, clean room, comfortable, perfect stay. Walk every where , great bars at your doorstep.
