Regular visits to Kawi Jaya has always amazed me with their excellent hospitality. The deluxe room was clean and as requested near the lift. Nice Christmas decorations in the lobby. The staff always greets you with a smile and asks if you need assistance. Can't wait for their skybar to open.

Besides the staff being responsive and friendly this stay is a NO for me. Advertised to be a non smoking hotel/room however the smell of cigarette lingers around 24/7. Thought it was just for one of the rooms but when we bought it up to the staff and was given another room the smell of cigarette is still there just with more air fresher, to cover the smell. Even the door had a no smoking sign in red but the room had a smoking plate. Not only the room but the amenities and even our own belongings smelled like cigarette. Also, basic amenities like refrigerator is not provided in the room. At the end of the day, it was a very unpleasant stay.

Hotel is new, rooms are spick and span. Staffs are very helpful. Renovation noise is kept to very minimum. Many good local shops surrounded the hotel. Brealfast is good. Good experience overall.

房间很大 也很乾净 很喜欢这种 电视还是tv box 还可以看youtube 有吹风筒什么 都很好 周边就这些小市级 酒店的工作人员都很友善 就是酒店早餐选择有点少 但都不会难吃 还不错

Pros. The service and rooms are excellent. Will stay here again when I am gg to Batam.
Cons: the room is near the lift landing and it smells of cigarettes. Hope to improve on it. Do not put customer of non smoking room to rooms near the lift or smoking area.

Great location, just a few minutes’ drive to Nagoya Hills Mall by Gomel/grab. The rooms are clean and spacious, with hair dryers in every room. There are eateries, shops, and convenience stores nearby too.

酒店服务很不错 服务员都很亲切
lobby就有卖一些零食、生活用品、饮料 很方便
走出去对面就有几间便利店 也有卖tempeh干、鱼饼零食、果乾那些 一整个就很方便！
只是楼下刚好在装修吧？所以有点脏脏的
我也刚好住在角头间 楼下街角下货时有点吵
但是酒店内的整体都很不错??????

房间的设施都还可以，比较新。但是千万不能住在最拐角的那间房（应该是特价的那间房），房间带一个小门通向阳台，隔音很差，一整晚都有摩托车的声音，而且声音很大，有那种改装摩托车的轰鸣声。我是一个对环境不怎么挑的人，在这间房我一夜没睡着。
空调正好对着床，把我都吹感冒了。
阳台的小门是玻璃的，阳台上的灯整夜都是亮着的，所以房间也是亮的，这个小门没有帘子。
