Personal in Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Der Flur zum Zimmer ist etwas komisch und beunruhigend, wirkt irgendwie kühl und unpers?nlich. Das Zimmer war aber sehr sch?n eingerichtet und hatte Grundausstattung mit Minibar&Espresso Maschine. Das Zimmer hatte aber auch einige Besch?digungen und schief montierte M?bel/Ger?te…

Spent 1 night at this location during our tour of Germany. The room itself was a decent size. It is finished very simply (painted floors). The front desk has limited check in hours, but does have a provision for after hours check in. Check out was simple and straight forward. Comfortable enough stay.

The room is well furnished with an industrial style (so german lmaooo), and is decorated with lights and books too! The shower door didn’t close very well, so there are leaks when we shower, but nothing too big of a deal. Overall, we would definitely recommend this to everyone~~~

A unique, clean, and quiet loft in a perfect location. Staff is very kind and helpful! Loys of restaurants and shopping in the area, and a short bus ride to the city center

Wir lieben diese Loft Appartements. Wir waren nun das zweite mal über das Wochenende zwei tage da. Beim jetzigen besuch haben wir ein kostenloses mega upgrade für die zwei zimmer panorama suite bekommen. Wir waren sprachlos und wie beim ersten mal auch von der stilvollen Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit überzeugt. Bei der grossen Suite war alles nochmal perfekter :) wir sind mit dem zug und mit dem bus angereist. War gar kein problem, sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsm?glichkeiten gab es sehr vielen. Tagsüber waren wir einkaufen bei rewe die stra?e runter. Die eink?ufe konnte man im Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer lagern. Am abend haben wir uns taiwanisch bestellt (absolute Empfehlung!), das hotel wurde vom lieferservice sehr einfach gefunden. Mit dem personal hatten wir keinen kontakt, was wir bevorzugen. Die Informationen und das self-check-in war reibungslos und selbsterkl?rend. Wir m?gen das mehr als in einem regul?ren hotel wo immer jemand an der Rezeption steht und man grü?en muss. Einziger kritikpunkt: am letzten tag war der Aufzug kaputt, es war ziemlich ?rgerlich in den 4. Stock jedes mal laufen zu müssen. Aber das kann passieren und wir sehen drüber hinweg. Alles in allem werden wir hier gerne weitere Aufenthalte in Stuttgart buchen!

We stayed for 2 weeks in August in a Cosmopolitan Superior Loft. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobe for unpacking clothes. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were flat. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The table had sticky spots on it that obviously had not been wiped after the previous guests and the fridge had spills inside and few stray blueberries! Because the room only gets cleaned once per week, we had to ask for additional towels and dishwasher tabs. We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged but it was addressed quickly. During the day staff was available, however not in the evenings or weekends. On Saturday evening our toilet stopped working and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone even when calling the emergency line. So we had to wait until Monday to have it fixed. This caused an inconvenience as we were forced to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. While staff were apologetic, no compensation was offered. The location is good, just a short walk to the bus and train. Within 5 minutes by train you are in the city centre. A Reve grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient, as well as many cafes and restaurant options. I gave the hotel a 4 star rating due to location and room size for longer stays.

Achtung, Verwechslungsgefahr. Apartments und Lofts sind an unterschiedlichen Orten. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: - keine eigenen und/oder kostenfreien Parkpl?tze - Lediglich 2 Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine - Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer w?re sch?n gewesen, zumal es in der Unterkunft keine Getr?nke und/oder Snacks gibt - keine Klimaanlage (Ventilator kann geliehen werden) - morgen um 06:00 Uhr werden die LKWs von REWE direkt unter dem Fenster entladen - Bad ist (im Verh?ltnis zum Zimmer leider zu klein. Wir haben eine Nacht im Loft verbracht, Anbindung durch Bus an den Hbf sowie Richtung Schleyerhalle sehr gut. Quasi nebenan befindet sich REWE und in wenigen Gehminuten sind einige Lokalit?ten erreichbar. Der Check-In lief selbsterkl?rend und schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für die n?chste Veranstaltung in Stuttgart werden wir definitiv wieder hier her kommen!
