Guest：Both my partner and myself recently returned from a trip to Lapland, we stayed in the Grand Post Hotel, and were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel was owned by StayLapland, who are a company that organise and run a lot of different activities around Rovaniemi. Through StayLapland, we were able to arrange 4 different tours, which we could not be more happier with! Booking everything through the hotel and Stay Lapland made the whole process and stay simple and easy. The hotel itself was incredible! The staff were happy to help at any chance they had and provided a lot of information to us. It is surprising to know that the hotel opened around a month ago - the hotel is extremely spacious and looks amazing. Our room had a sauna in the bathroom, which was a lovely surprise. In addition, our room had all the amenities that we needed. We struggled to get out of bed every morning, as the bed was one of the comfiest nights sleep that either of us have ever had. Our stay came with bed and breakfast. The food was very delicious and we were able to enjoy our mornings in peace and great tasting food.
Guest：We stayed here just after it reopened in December. Its a real gem close to the town and its amenities. We loved having the little kitchen in the room as we were travelling with kids this was a big help. Room size was great and ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids. The vintage lift was very cool! We arrived late and the instructions for access were texted to us and we have no issues getting it. The breakfast selection isnt huge but its ideal and there was something for all of us. There is a Stay Lapland desk at reception making booking tours and arranging collections seamless. All in all a great stay and would recommend as a hotel for families
Guest：Très bon h?tel, les chambres sont spacieuses avec un coin cuisine très utile (plaque de cuisson, frigo, micro-onde, bouillore). La salle de bain est grande. Le personnel est agréable, souriant et serviable. De nombreuses baggageries se trouvent dans le centre ville et proposent de garder vos bagages la journée moyennant finance. à l'h?tel une baggagerie est disponible sans supplément. Il y a de nombreux choix pour le petit déjeuner. Le buffet des plats chauds est grand. Celui du sucré est légèrement plus restreint mais chacun y trouve son compte. Situé à environ 15/20 min à pied du centre-ville, l'h?tel est au calme et le chemin jusqu'au centre se fait facilement. L'h?tel est également proche de la gare et d'un arrêt de bus allant jusqu'à l'aéroport. Certains prestataires d'excursions viennent vous chercher directement au pied de l'h?tel. Petits points négatifs: les chambres sont un peu trop chauffées et il nous manquait une serviette/torchon pour égoutter ou essuyer la vaisselle.
