This is a unique hotel. It is literally a small palace. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful and unique and the staff is kind, efficient and willing to do anything to insure your happiness. Morning breakfast was a treat, sitting around a table with other guests, exchanging stories and homes and sites they visited. A wonderful experience.

VERY helpful staff. Comfortable accommodation. Central location. Good restaurants nearby.

Beautiful palace converted to Rental in the heart of the city, walkable to all the main attractions very helpful staff always available to answer questions and help with restaurant bookings and activities. Long flight of stairs, but they help with all the baggage and they help with car parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel is on the main drag of Palermo old city so that is convenient. It is old but done well for Palermo. The area around it did not impress at first but I soon realized that is just Palermo and once I got out more I realized the city is just different. The hotel set up has private spaces and shared. This allows you to meet your fellow travelers if you wish. I loved sitting down to breakfast each day and chatting with my fellow lodgers. The staff are a wonderful component of your stay. They help with everything. I enjoyed our stay immensely. It was safe, easy to navigate to the sites, close to lots of places to eat etc. My complaint is the pillows. Didn’t like them but the AC worked great and that was really, really important. Would return.
