Yes, PRINCE is a classic 1990’’s property solidly built with larger than average units. A property that we are proud to own and has recently been repainted inside and out. Our units come with air conditioning heat pumps, 50” Smart TV’s. new curtaining, new Superking beds with quality linens and great pillows, plus huge bathrooms with great water pressure, big fluffy white towelling and quality amenities. Please read our other reviews as this one is more about the writer having to pay for two nights for the Bike Taupo Weekend – when they only wanted to stay for one night.

Our Heat Pumps are regularly serviced, and when checked by our handyman was operating correctly – the same way as 26 others with no complaints - when we were running close to full with Ironmen athletes that needed their sleep. Regardless, we wanted to help and - rather than a discount voucher - on multiple occasions offered to upgrade you to a 1 Bedroom Spa, but no matter how we encouraged you to do so you would not move. Why we do not know, but that decision left us unable to help - as you wanted to stay where the problem was.
