Wonderful wonderful stay. Wonderful room with very comfy bed & lovely balcony. Wonderful food with SO many choices with delicious meat or veggie options. Wonderful bar with good wine& beer. Wonderful staff SO friendly & helpful & happy & kind. Wonderful facilities both in&outdoor pools with the added luxury of steam room /sauna /jacuzzi. Wonderful area in walking distance 30mins to old town with picturesque cafes along beach & cute little train to bring us home. #?? Bulgaria

The standard of the hotel had gone down since our stay 2 years ago. It needs many repairs and upgrades to keep the 4plus . We did enjoy the holiday. We met some lovely people. The staff were excellent. The food was varied so no one needed to go hungry. Shame about no microwave, the food was a bit cold. Bar staff kept us happy. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

End of season last ones out of hotel before it closed think the staff just wanted rid of us otherwise the hotel itself was very nice

Amazing hotel,the food was delicious and I was extremely impressed with the cleaning,it was excellent. The spa was really nice aswel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beach was only couple minutes walk away over the dunes, all in all just a really nice hotel.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL unless you like rude managers and staff that can't understand or try to speak any English. Brought my friend to this hotel for her 60th as she has never been to bulgaria before as i have always told her how amazing it is and how friendly the staff are. But how wrong was i at this hotel. You Can't check in untill 3pm and have your wrist band cut off at midday at check out. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 13.18 and was told by the lady manager sia with long black hair and wears black every day to have lunch untill 3pm when room should be ready. when we went back the room was ready but when we opened the door it was a double and we booked a twin so we went back to reception and spoke the the manager again who said she couldn't help as no rooms available. I showed her we booked a twin and she then said she had a twin so we went to that room and again it was set up as a double so down we went again and explained it's a double she then called the cleaners to ask if it was a double or a twin we was told to wait for the cleaners 19 mins later cleaners changed it to twin by the time all the back and forth it was 16: 35 so over 3 hours of our holiday wasted. No apology from the manager what so ever. Food is good but ita a small restaurant and you need to share tables with other guests as not many tables and chairs to seat everyone. Only around 40 to 50 sunbeds in the whole hotel so you need to be up very early in the morning to get one. Your band gets cut off at midday so if you have a late flight like we had at midnight you need to buy food and drink outside of hotel. When explaining to manager we don't get picked up till 21.30 she just said not my problem you only get breakfast and demanded our bands to be cut off. I spoke to the tui rep and explained how rude she was from the moment we checked in and how rude she was about having our bands back and he said no you have entitlement all day and spoke to her and told her to put our bands back on. When speaking to others on our flight or other flights at midnight some had their bands cut off at midday and other got told to enjoys the food and drink untill they leave all by the manager sia so i think if she likes you or not. I think ours was because we complained about having the wrong room. We was their 4 days only but not once was our room cleaned and we had to ask for clean towels. Pool is over 5 foot from one end to other so not good for children at all or adults under 5ft like myself 4ft 10 inch also its very cold. Good parts are... Entertainment staff are amazing and the blond lady in the restaurant was also amazing also the location was perfect as everything around you that you need. Indoor pool was walm .Just a shame sia the manager ruined it for us this was not just our experience but many others at the hotel while we stayed. You get top shelf alcohol but you need to ask for it.

Nice clean hotel just out of the area for main nightlife etc. Everywhere nice and clean Good points Clean hotel Good variety of food but its mostly same all time and not much taste to it but its ok Nice spacious rooms Bad points Plastic cups for drinks Not great coffee Only pizza every night for snacks nothing else a bit boring same Everday Background music around hotel annoying same classical stuff needs some modern music was ok for first day but its just constant. Entertainment programme not great karaoke almost every night and same programme throughout the day and the club dance is so annoying that needs scrapping. Balcony needs more privacy no screening between each one Beach is more than 200 metres says 200 metres but its not Some staff need to learn how to smile especially the manager at reception with long black hair never seen her smile once

Exceptional place for a holiday!! Cleanliness , friendly staff, amazingly delicious food with a lot of variety. Perfect location just one step to the beach. 5 starts hotel!! Definitely coming back ??
