Fantastic place to be with your family or friends!!I felt like I was in the garden of Eden with the flowers and the beautiful fruit trees!the sunset with the ocean view from the terrace is fabulous! Loved falling asleep with the sound of the sea and the fresh breeze coming through the window.I definitely recommend this beautiful place !

Beautiful place submerged in nature. From fruit trees to Palm and Bamboo. The walk way is engulfed under trees with nicely scented flowers. We meet for yoga during peak season mornings. The atmosphere sets a nice tone, adding to the serene experience. Both Sugar and George are amazing hosts with a great vibe. Perfect vacation spot next to clean, sandy Beach and within short walking distance to village plaza, yet off the beaten path ??

We had an unforgettable stay at Seaside Studios, a true hidden gem in Arkasa. The studios are tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful garden, filled with colorful flowers and fruit trees, creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every morning, we woke up to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoyed stunning sea views from our balcony. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to share great tips about the best places to visit on the island. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay even more special. Agios Nikolaos beach is just a short walk away — perfect for swimming and watching amazing sunsets. The charming village of Arkasa, with its authentic tavernas and narrow streets, is also just a few minutes’ walk. We highly recommend Seaside Studios to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Karpathos!

Very nice and cozy studio close to the sea. Well equipped and with sea view. Beautiful garden with amazing flowers. Arkasa, with lots of restaurants and Bars, are easy to reach. We really felt comfortable and had a great time. Host a very nice and friendly.

We've spent ten summers, in August and sometimes September (in the school holidays) as a family and with many friends in this wonderful place by now and we all love it and return again and again. Summer is the best time for windsurfing, kitesurfing and foil surfing at some beaches not far away because it's usually very windy. And it's a great time for swimming in the waves in the beautiful bay you can see from the balcony from the lovely studios. It's wonderful to watch the magic sunset from the balcony every evening, to sit in the breeze on the beach or on the balcony with the really wonderful sea view or on the terrace under the lovely bougainvillea roof during the day and read a good book or just relax. (And siesta at lunch time under the American style ceiling fan is very enjoyable as well.) For people who like myself are no surfers but like some sports activities very often there are some activities on offer besides swimming, for example sometimes aquaaerobics, sometimes yoga in the mornings. At night it's not too hot and great to sleep (on very comfortable mattresses!) because of the wind blowing through the studios. (Of course you can use air conditioning if you prefer this, but I love the sound of the wind and the waves with open windows. There is perfect mosquito netting and thanks to the wind there are not many mosquitos anyway. No problem to sit outside with a glass of wine and admire the stars at night.) The studios themselves are lovely and situated in a really beautiful garden, a real oasis and something special on Karpathos with an abundance of flowers (e.g. bougainvillea, fragrant frangipani trees, night jasmine greeting you with a lovely smell every evening when coming home from one of the great tavernas in the village nearby), many different fruit trees (I love the figs and pomegranate trees) and a lot more like the grapes and flowers growing around the outdoor shower offering the most romantic shower you've ever enjoyed). And of course most important as are Zaharoula and George, the wonderful hosts. They are great people, help their guests with everything they need (- even giving me some nice clothes when my suitcase didn't arrive last year :) -). They (and Zaharoula's mother as well) make you feel welcome and at home.

What a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place! The studios are beautiful and have a terrace overlooking the sea and a terrace overlooking the garden, which is full of fruit trees (from which you can pick ripe fruit!) and flowers. The studios are beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome! We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back!

Perfect location close to a wonderful beach. Beautiful bougainvillea lined entrance pathway, Studio extremely clean and comfortable and beautifully presented. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Lovely shower. Pleasant balcony to enjoy the view and sunset. Would definately recommend

Wunderbare Studios in Bestlage. Sehr nahe am Meer und fussl?ufig ist der Ortskern zu erreichen. Tolle Aussicht auf die Buchten und den Berg. Sehr nette Gastgeber die sich bemühen die Wünsche der G?ste zu erfüllen. Besonders die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sehr sch?n. Die Betten sind sehr gut und das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
