Please be assured that our hotel follows strict cleaning and hygiene procedures, including regular mattress disinfection by professionals. As the issue appeared several days into your stay, it’s possible it was caused by external factors, such as luggage or travel environments — which can happen during any trip. Even so, we took immediate action: medical help was offered, the room was closed, and full professional treatment was carried out, all to ensure guest safety.
