This was a wonderful condo style hotel in walking distance to everything. They were super accommodating with our family, and offered a crib/pack and play for our daughter + set us up with the ground floor room so we could sit outside by the pool right next to our room while she napped. It had a nice outdoor closed alcove in the back too, which was great for meals.
The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to reach/contact. Highly recommend!
The room (#7) was clean but the couch was uncomfortable for sitting and the table and chairs in the “kitchenette” area were only slightly better. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. We got two towels to use in the apartment and two more for the beach. They gave us a full bottle of water for drinking and ice cube trays so we could make clean water ice. The plates/cups/bowls were good but it was difficult to wash and dry dishes without a sponge and dish drainer. There were two little dish towels but it would have been nice to have something more. We made several meals there and doing pans and dishes was difficult.
We enjoyed the location of this accommodation because it was just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach with restaurants nearby. It could be a little noisy at night with music at local restaurants and some barking dogs but if you turned the A/C and fans on it wasn’t too bad. The pool was small but clean and cool.
So comfortable. Large bed with a lovely comforter and pillows. Nice size TV for those moments when you don’t want to sit by the beach. Staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again.
Although staff was always available by Whatsapp and were very responsive to needs when expressed. We did feel at times that it would have been good to know when staff would be available for questions.
The property was exactly what you can expect for the price. Pool was very clean. Air condionting in room was excellent. Kitchen had all the supplies if you want to cook. Service was excellent. We arrived early i. The morning the office was closed. We called fanny and ended up waking her up. She was super helpful and rushed over to give us early access at no charge. My fault i should of arranged everything ahead of time. Checkout was super easy and fanny let us checkout very late as we had a night time flight. Location is just a few minutes walk from the beach and downtown. It was super convenient. I would do it again.
It was very clean and well maintained. There were items in the room which were needed and useful. Staff was very pleasant. The pool, although very small, was very nice with noodles for my 6-year-old granddaughter to play with in the pool.
