The property is a great location within walking distance to the Main Street. However upon arrival the stairs going upstairs were not clean. Upon entering our room we found dead lady bugs on the carpet, around the perimeter of the room the dust was thick and black. There were marks on the bedding and the toilet had stains in it. Also the windows do not open to allow fresh air in. The breakfast was delivered to our door and was adequate. The rooms downstairs was adequate for a small group of people. The outdoor area was ok but isn’t as welcoming as others places we have stayed. With only 2 bistro tables. No staff on site.

While we have updated the amenities to offer modern comfort (AC, fans, fireplaces), we've worked hard to preserve the unique features of the building. For clarity, the windows are heritage and each room has a window that opens to allow fresh air in. We are always happy to offer help when requested. We live on site and provide a private number to communicate for any questions or assistance. The outdoor front area is intended as an intimate space, which is great for people watching. We have a large backyard with further seating for those looking for more space and privacy.We're committed to providing a quality experience and view every comment as an opportunity to grow.

The location was great for easy walking but the stairs to the room were very steep and difficult to carry luggage. This was not a typical B and B because it was very impersonal: no one to greet you, no Breakfast area to meet others, just a continental breakfast tray left outside your room which did not have a table or chairs to use. I would not recommend this for anyone who has trouble with steep stairs or who enjoys the social aspect of a typical Band B.

Guests are provided with a door code (this information is under special check in instructions in the ******* Policies section as well as in our welcome messages), which makes arriving on their own schedule more convenient. ******* lists breakfast as "Free on-the-go". We serve a tray of Continental Breakfast items and fresh brewed coffee to the guest room door quietly at 8am daily; this is covered in our internal messages when the reservation is confirmed. Guests are welcome to enjoy breakfast in our dining lounge, which provides opportunity to meet other travellers.We live on property and are happy to help with anything and include a private number for questions or requests in the check in details.

Superhyggeligt med personligt touch Rigtig hyggeligt og dejligt hotel med personligt touch hele vejen igennem. Kan ikke huske hvorn?r vi sidst fik spiste morgenmad i sengen - bakke med alt hvad der h?rte til blev stillet ved d?ren kl 8. Det eneste lille irritationsmoment var at der var ret lydt p? v?relset, ventilationsrist var monteret i v?g mellem vores og nabov?relset,s? vi blev desv?rre generet af lyd fra nabov?relset.
