Property was ok staff very nice and helpful. A bit disappointed the restaurant bar was closed at the weekends overall enjoyed our stay.

No Swimming Pool - Staff simply disinterested
No Swimming Pool as advertised on booking. Staff disinterested … unfriendly and untrained

We stayed here for the Rugby World Cup and it's is brilliantly located - 30 minute walk to the stadium, retail park across the road, small shopping centre nearby. The room itself very clean, good walk in shower and kitchenette facilities to cook basic meals. My only concern is the reception is not 24/7 so if your flight / transport is delayed, I am not sure how you are able to check in or indeed where you would stay for the night if you cannot get in? Rooms are serviced daily, but as a matter of procedure, they'll turn your main power off so you might find on a hot day you'll need time for the air con to kick in and cool the room down again. The tram is right behind the hotel (walk around the shopping centre to the left as you exit the main entrance) and is called Bereges du Lac. It will cost 1 Euro 80 cents for a single journey (using as many trams as you need from A to B). Overall a good stay.

No service at all, at the evening no staff in the property, Cannot classify as Hotel. We stayed for 5 nights and total no room make up or replace the towels.
Only good thing is the rate is low.
