Guest：My family and I were due to arrive before the 3pm check-in, so I told Sandra this in advance. We were told we could use the pool while we waited. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the owners were hosting a family wedding party, which meant there were around 40 people across the whole property. There were suitcases strewn everywhere and kids running around and kicking footballs - one child was even climbing over the roof of the trulli. We decided to leave and return later. On this second occasion, there was no one to receive us. I messaged Sandra and received no answer. Eventually I had to go down into the wedding party looking for someone to let us into our room. The owner who obliged was incredibly frosty and just kept saying “check-in is 3pm”. 3 hours later and the wedding party was still continuing, meaning we were confined to our terrace and couldn’t access the main areas of the hotel (including the pool). That being said, it’s a beautiful setting. But the owners need to prepare a more hospitable welcome for their paying guests.
Guest：Brilliant time relaxing with family. Staff couldn’t do more for you, room was spotless and facilities were very well maintained. Spent a lot of the time relaxing around the amazing swimming pool. Also seeing the local sites which show Italy at its finest and true culture. Would love to go again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.
Guest：Non posso che dire cose belle su questo posto. Trulli spaziosi e puliti. Personale gentile. Piscina pulita e adatta ai bambini, vero relax. Unica pecca, ma non è colpa della struttura, avrei voluto colazione inclusa. Vicino alla struttura c'è un baretto per acquistare brioches.
