Everything was perfectthe hotel was really nice and clean and the staff were so good and helpfull and friendly,they went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable
Arrived early saturday morning as had arranged the early check in for 11am, we arrived at 10.30 and we were lucky that our rooms were ready. Greeted by a young gentleman (didnt catch his name, but he was tall and blond), who then called for a duty manager to help check us in. Both very pleasant and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and had all mod cons (except the iron could have been upgraded, it did look like it had just had electricity fitted to it). Internet was easy to get on all of my devices. A very comfortable stay. if there was any gripe, I found that during the night I woke up and there were lights above the curtain, I couldn't work out how to switch them off, so had to remove the card from the electricity slot, which meant I had to get up to put it back in if I wanted the side lights on. Not a big deal, but noticeable. Will definitely return if in the area.
Stayed for 2 nights as was attending family wedding in venue close by. Arrived before 3pm and was offered a complimentary tea while we waited to check in. All of the staff were very friendly during our stay and were happy to help with any requests e.g towel change. Room looked newly refurbished and clean, bed comfy, shower pretty good. Tea and coffee provided in room. Free car parking, just enter your registration when you arrive. Would happily return here when staying in the area.
Fantastic hotel excellent customer service from Chris and Alex fantastic experience definitely recommended , location fantastic for York and flamingo land etc but the customer service sets this hotel out from the rest
Good location, easy to access, warm welcome, clean, quiet room with great bed, perfect for a good nights sleep. There was no noise. All contributed to a good night's sleep.
Dec 30th. to Jan 1st. 25/26 Location was good for getting around the area, everything was clean from reception to the rooms, all the staff from reception to the restaurant were helpful, cheerful and friendly and happy at their jobs. Food was excellent. a big thankyou to Rosana, Oliver, Megan, Chris and Lydia.
We had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and professional. I can’t single anyone out by name because they were all equally excellent. We booked a family room as we were travelling with our 7-month-old, and it was more than spacious enough for us. The room was clean, comfortable and well laid out, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — honestly better than the one at home! This was my first time staying at a Premier Inn, and it has definitely made a great first impression. I will certainly be looking to book Premier Inn first whenever I come to visit my daughter in Thirsk again. Highly recommended.
I stayed here for two nights as I was attending a wedding at Thirsk Lodge Barns. Check in was easy, lovely staff on the desk. Room had clearly been updated recently and was so nice. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom had an amazing rainfall shower. Location wise this was perfect and only a few minutes away from Thirsk town centre. I hadn’t booked breakfast but was able to pay on the day. Food hot and tasty with lots of selections. I would recommend this hotel and will happily stay again. Friendly staff and great access to all amenities. Free parking too which is always a bonus.
Spotless, newly refurbished room and lovely friendly staff. Very accommodating when needing a last minute change of room type due to mobility. Thanks to the lovely lady, Ruth in housekeeping, who kindly shared recommendations for our day out to Whitby.
