  • Guest：The property was very beautiful and this was a great home base for our week in Edinburgh. It was a bit away from the city center so we did end up taking buses and taxis more than expected. Traffic in front of the house gets quite busy around lunchtime and supper. While housekeeping provided a steady supply of tea packets and granola bars, we did have to venture out for food. I didn’t appreciate the cafe the guest house recommends but thankfully there were a lot of other options within walking distance. Guest house is beautiful and staff provided a very handy guestbook to ensure all questions are answered.
  • Guest：Place was clean, conveniently close to the Royal Mile to walking distance, lot of buses and transportation is available to major interest places. The house is beautiful and convenient parking in the rear. You get a code for the front doors and the room key is inside. They have fruit and maps available. The staff is amicable and helpful. Highly recommended.
  • Guest：Perfect two-day stay in Edinburgh Visited Edinburgh with my daughter for an open day at the University. Location was ideal between the two campuses as well as close by to Arthur’s Seat, old town etc.
  • Guest：An absolute gem of a place. From the wonderful and friendly welcome from Kim upon my arrival, I knew I was in for a comfortable stay. Great rooms, clean, spacious, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, tv etc Tea and coffee stuff and some breakfast biscuits and porridge which suited to me a T. Plenty of room to hang yer clothes up and drawers fer all yer knickknacks! Watch out for the 120 stairs that you have to walk up to the first floor. Well maybe not as many, but with a heavy suitcase it felt it lol Only downside for me was the shower. As a six foot, 21 stone man, it’s a wee bit of a tight fit, so make sure you’ve got your soap before you get in and dinnae drop anything as there no much room. Joking aside it was fine, honestly and juts me being picky. Can highly recommend this place. Kim and Andy make you feel so very welcome and relaxed in their home. Perfect
