This is actually our second time staying at this particular property and we love it every time. The atmosphere, setup, cleanliness and all around setup is always perfect!!!

It was very clean and well stocked. Minutes from the water and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood with a playground just down the road (within sight of the front door). Will definitely come back again

My sister and I stayed here for 4 days. It was very clean and well stocked. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice. Communication with the host was very easy and we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our family came together to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday.We came from Virginia and Miami and we had a wonderful time.The home was very comfortable, beautiful accent touches and so many extras to make our stay awesome. All instructions were clearly laid out and we had wonderful communications.We look forward to coming back.

Always worth coming back to
This is our go to property for getting away from the winter months on Long Island. The house has everything we need to enjoy our 3 month stay. The host and owners are always available when an issue may arise and take care of it as quickly as possible. We love the location which has many activities that we enjoy.

Hurricane Milton
Didn't get to do to much while in town hurricane Milton was knocking at our door. The owners of property had the storm shutters put on before the hurricane. For the protection of home and for us.

Cozy Little Home
Cutest little two bedroom/two bath home! It was very well appointed and from what we could tell, there was nothing more to be added. All living spaces were very spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space with its large fenced in yard and a beautiful sitting area complete with overhead fan, flat screen tv and a grill.
Shopping and restaurants were very close by!
Eddie, per usual, was very helpful and accommodating and always a pleasure to work with. I always try to book one of his properties solely based on my interaction with him and his reputation!

Headwaters fishing trip
This property was clean as a pin and very nice. Boat parking with gate was really nice as well. I look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Snowbirder’s Paradise
The house is perfect for a long term rental. The location is ideal. Easy access to many main roads is a plus. The house is beautiful and more than well equipped. The backyard is spacious with a very private patio area. As we experienced, last year, Eddie, our host is always available and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again next winter.
