Hi Alix, we’re glad you liked the location and cleanliness. The decor is themed to match the era of the houseboat. This is the first time we’ve heard of an issue with the hot water service, it is a tank unit so if you were having over an hour shower yes you would run out of heat. We have had many complements on how comfortable our beds are, it’s unfortunate that they weren’t to your standards. As for our pricing, it is considered moderate and in the same range as like boats. If you were looking to stay on a more extravagant houseboat for the same amount of people and duration you would be looking at upwards of $2,900.00.All the best.Regards, Renae
