We booked the Presidential suite room for 2 days on our daughter's birthday. The property is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly. It is away from the city crowd and is easily accessible via ola/uber so if you want to relax and enjoy scenic beauty of mountains then this is an ideal choice. The main attractions like Dal Lake, Tulip Garden, Pari Mahal, Chashme Shahi, etc. are also 15-20 minutes ride from the hotel. On arrival we were being greeted with Kashmiri Kahwa (a famous Kashmiri drink). We had requested room decorations for our daughter's birthday which the staff had taken care well and had decorated the room very beautifully. The food was very tasty and good spread for breakfast and dinner. The presidential suite was very spacious with beautiful valley views. The staff was very helpful and service was also good. In all, it was a relaxing stay with beautiful mountains view of Srinagar.

We stayed at this hotel for 6N in March 2025. Its a relatively small and cozy hotel with 17 rooms located on quieter side of Dal Lake. Rooms were clean, spacious with mesmerizing views of zabarvan mountains and Dal lake. The food at hotel was delicious with a decent spread for Breakfast and Dinner. The hotel staff was really courteous and soft spoken .. and went out of their way to support and help anytime. On couple occasions we had to start early by 5 am.. the staff ensured packed breakfast on time... On the last day we got a complimentary upgrade to their Suite room which was pleasant surprise... They actually made our stay memorable... Thanks to one and all ...right from reception to house keeping to restaurant... Would recommend to book Lake and mountain view rooms at this hotel ...

Mubeen bahiya was very good host and his service was very amazing, overall prperty was also very good with a very good scenery and good rooms ad very good food and none other then less the service, highly recommend. The service was amazing. Please visit in srinagar.

Though a bit away from the activity area, this place has got its own strengths. Serene, very good view of the mountains, extremely hospitable staff and plush rooms. Maddy pampered us with so much care that this trip of ours is memorable. With recommending

our stay at the Robusta Retreat Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The Presidential Suite, combined with the outstanding service from the staff, made our trip to Srinagar truly memorable. I stayed in this hotel my family. Rooms, services, food and location all were fantastic. Rooms are clean and spacious with all facilities. Staff is very cooperative, ready to help always. Location is so serene and calm, away from crammy road of Srinagar central city. Would highly recommend to all and will choose this hotel again for my stay.

This is the best property of srinagar. View from the property is outstanding. You can see mesmerizing mountain view with some snow. Staff is so humble and helping. We will always stay at this property. We stayed in presidential suite room. Food prepared by the chef was yummy.

Would give this property more stars if possible. Such a magical experience at Robusta. Travelled with entire family of 12- grandparents, kids and siblings. Newly completed presidential suites are so lovely. Well appointed interiors w/thoughful touches like jetted shower, comfy beds, sitting area w/ leather sofa's. Towels were plush. Private garden for this new block. Staff was so attentive. We enjoyed an evening of sufi music that was amazing. And the food was impeccable. The chef pulled out on the stops- we really enjoyed Kashmiri wazwan! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We spent 1st 2 nights in Sringara at Taj Vivanta and I wish all our nights were at Robusta! Junaid has really put a lot of thought into the property and we'll be back!
