me and my friend stayed here on our girls holiday. it is basically on the beach and everything you need is on your door step.. e.g. bars shops restaurants the beach the reception staff were all helpful and friendly.. there was one main guy who was lovely to us and even give us a discount card for if we came back! we was meant to get his name before we left but didn't end up seeing him again. we had a partial sea view which below us was a loud bar which did go on pretty late but we really wasn't bothered by this as we knew we was going to be staying in a busy area anyways! when we booked this apartment, we didn't realise at first it didn't have a pool, but like i said the beach is on your doorstep. there is also a lovely place called the "poolonthehill" which is around 3 euros in an uber. we went here twice and it was lovely, you just paid for a bed for the day and then could buy drinks or snacks if you wanted to. the rooms are basic but clean ! you have everything you need for a self catering room.. the cleaners would also come every morning.. we also felt very safe staying here- of course you always have to be careful leaving your belongings lying around but we didn't even bother getting a safe and everything was absolutely fine

Currently on my last day of 10night stay with my partner. This hotel/apartments have been perfect. We previously stayed in ones across from here but were booked out so booked Edificio. We love old town Portugal as place is lively and so many restaurants and bars to choose from. We stayed in room 109, great balcony looking out to the square and the infamous escalators. Great for people watching when you return after a night out. Room itself was perfect,plenty of wardrobe space, fridge/freezer, toaster. (We bought real irish butter in the spar and a sliced pan, yum). Shower pressure was unreal and temperature too. Cleaners in everyday if you wanted, beds made. Fresh towels, no problem giving extra toilet rolls if needed too. We love the beach so purposely choose this location. Beach is on your doorstep, 30secs away. Hotel staff all super friendly, even had our room ready when we arrived at 11:30am. Room had no air con which immediately I was apprehensive about as I love air con, but the fan provided did the job. 2 single beds so we just pushed them together. Noise around, outside is no problem at all. Some nights we went to bed at 5am, other times 10pm and no problem sleeping ever. Honestly I would highly recommend Edificio and will absolutely be back:)

We stayed in room 307 on the 3rd floor which had a full sea view balcony which was absolutely stunning. Small table and chairs made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view The hotel is perfectly situated to access all the bars/restaurants/shops, being so close to the centre of the old town and literally across a pedestrian promenade to the beach. We stayed in a self catering apartment which was well equipped with appliances. Unfortunately the apartment was very dated and in need of modernisation and had no air conditioning. Can get quite noisy at night if you want to have the patio doors open being so close to so many bars/restaurants. All in all, a good value budget apartment block in a great location

We Stayed in the Edificio Apartments Albufeira in May, The Apartment itself was Spotlessly Clean and well equipped for a self catering break, The view was amazing and all the staff were very friendly, Check was so easy and very professional, The Apartment was cleaned to a very high standard and the location was brilliant, I would Highly Recommend these Apartments, Thank you, Hope to return again soon, Jim and Caroline.

The entrance is very grubby and dirty, private apartment in residencial centre which we didn't know, no pool or air conditioning, dogs and scooters using the corridors. Shocking experience. When I complained to manager, he said I should be ashamed, we booked for 4 weeks but left after 2 and half, another member of family only stayed a week.

Great stay at Edificio Albufeira booked with EasyJet Holidays, amazing location in the heart of the Old Town, clean room, WiFi, and side ocean view making the breakfast time so enjoyable! Whilst we could enjoy the music coming from the restaurants around, we could equally enjoy a quiet and peaceful night sleep when closing the balcony doors, thanks to soundproofing and air-conditioning. I would stay there again, and have already recommended it to friends and family!

Well, what a fab welcome and stay at these apartments once again. Comfy and spotlessly clean self-catering apartment, so close to everything in the old town and the beach, we love it there, so friendly and welcoming every time the team works hard too and a very friendly welcome each time, service with a smile, our second stay, and we will be back, as we visit often through out the year.. beautiful place ??????

Just back from here today . Location in old town excellent, everything u need for self catering , the place is spotless clean towels everyday rooms cleaned every day and plenty of hot water . Will definitely stay here again. We were on city side and didn’t find it too noisy .

After 12 women ranging from mid thirties to early seventies on a birthday holiday arrived at 11.00 at night to find that the apartments we had originally booked had cancelled our booking and we had no where to stay. We managed to get 3 apartments at midnight here, what can we say the man on reception was a life saver the last thing i want to do at 70 is sleep on the beach ,Luckily they had availability so we stayed in the apartments for 5 nights and would highly recommend them. We found our side sea view apartment very good. Actually much better than expected . It was a studio with 2 single beds and a bunk bed but we took the mattress off the top bunk and put it on the floor .it was well equipped with every thing you would need .It was very central to everything the location was perfect ,We found the staff friendly and helpful even getting us taxis back to the airport The cleaners were lovely and our apartment was cleaned every day even made the bed up on the floor with fresh towels etc if we needed them. . All we can say is thank you soo much for making our stay a lovely experience which could have easily ended up a disaster

Stayed in these apartments for 10 ntes and highly recommend. We found our side sea view apartment very good. Actually much better than expected. It was obviously renovated as was in great condition. It was a studio with lots of room, plenty of storage, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, nice kitchenette with micro, full oven, toaster etc. We were on the 3rd floor with a lovely big balcony that got plenty of sun in the morning which was an added bonus we didn't expect. We found the staff friendly & helpful. The room attendants were lovely and our apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc if we needed them. The location was perfect. Overall we had a great experience ??????
