That being said, of course, we are very sorry to hear that you didn’t find your bed comfortable as we endeavour to do our very best to ensure all our guests have a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each of our rooms have high quality orthopedic beds which are regularly upgraded but we do regret if the the mattress in your room did not suit your comfort needs. Mattress firmness preferences can vary widely from person to person — some guests prefer softer, others firmer. That said we do apologise as it obviously did not suit your preference. Thanks again for sharing your feedback and we hope you enjoyed the remainder of your travels throughout Ireland.
