2 weeks ago I complained about AC of room 739. the button not work, you can control the room temperatur nor dan speed. The only function is on-off. I complained to Receptionist (Ms.Dwi) when checked out. Yesterday we got the same room 739, no change at all. We complained again, the technician was repairing but no change, even the noise is harder. When checkout the same Receptionist (Ms Dwi) ask my experience agin. What a shame ??. I don't think I will stay this hotel next visit, enough is enough.

z该酒店地理位置在区域内算中等，距离热门景点有一定距离，需打车或乘坐公交。房间空间够用，放置行李后活动不拥挤。床品舒适度一般，部分旅客可能觉得偏硬。服务人员态度平和，有需求时能及时响应，但主动服务意识不足。整体无突出优势，也无明显短板。

Stay here for the second time and never disappoint. Even it's an old hotel, but it has a good quality of service. My deluxe booked room was upgraded to junior suite and it's satisfied. The best part was it's breakfast with so many varieties and it's 2 meters swimming pool that haven't I met. It's spacious bedroom made our stay become more comfort.

I like this hotel and i will come back. Good friendly hotel except outdated interior. Big nice room and toilet, bathroom can be better. Somebody was eating smell fruit (durian) on the same floor and the whole room was smelly like we've been eating in the room. The ventilation system (ac) was connected to each other. We call the reception telling them that was not us. Breakfast can be better. We were happy with the hotel and satisfied. At this moment I give this hotel a 4 stars until they upgrade it than deserve 5 stars

Staying here because there is an event not far from this hotel. The rooms are typical of old buildings, but very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are fully equipped, except that the lighting in the bathroom is a little dim. Facilities for children are diverse, including a mini zoo, movie room, kids' corner (inside the hotel), large playground (outside), and a swimming pool (unfortunately, on weekends the pool is used by the general public/swimming lessons) so it can get quite crowded. Breakfast offers a variety of options, but there are many Indian dishes on the menu—perhaps because there was an Indian wedding on saturday?

塞罕坝去了五六次，太阳湖是每次必去。太阳湖的酒店是第一次住，酒店在景区里，出门就是白桦林和太阳湖。去年新装修的，没什么味道，比较有腔调。早餐是桌餐，不像旅游团的那种自助餐。木屋里是暖气，稍微有点冷，不过被子够厚，重点是老板特别好，绝对是超五星的服务。必须安利！

酒店在太阳湖景区里，环境非常好，木屋也很有特色，早餐也丰富。服务人员态度非常好，也十分热情。是林区数一数二的酒店。真心推荐入住！另外，提一下跟酒店无关的坑。在机械林场街里有一家叫全顺炖菜涮锅的，吃饭太黑了，一瓶雪碧20元，一个火锅清汤底料（就是白开水，什么也没有）30元，涮白菜一盘三个叶18元，冻羊肉6个卷肉2两45元，能有15根韭菜15元。一盘小面条18元。砸你没商量！真心推荐避坑。视金钱如废纸，可以无视！

早餐被误导了，自己坐着着就好有服务员给上套餐，很好吃，很丰盛，还有奶茶，管够。之前看某人评论是只有馒头咸菜之类，服务员也很热情的。景色很美，9月下旬应该是最美的。不足的是房间隔音不好，办理入住的前台没有标识，开车找了一会。
