Staff at reception friendly and helpful. Hotel over two buildings. Stayed in 2nd building on top floor. Warm and comfortable. Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very convenient location 5min walk from tube & Hammersmith Broadway, Approximately 10min to Hammersmith Apollo. Excellent value for money.

Nice lobby and breakfast area. The room was spotless, roomy, and modern. The bathroom was very spacious as well. The breakfast was included and a perfect start to the day with coffee made at the bar, not by some machine. The location could not be better. It was less than 5 minutes from the train station, and about 10 minutes walk to the old town. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby on Cavour and in the old town. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. I will definitely stay there again.

Siamo stati accolti alla reception con freddezza, in uscita ed entrata Scarseggiano i saluti mancano I sorrisi , prezzi consigliati da booking sono inferiori , parola d'ordine addebito carta di credito ,camera confortevole ,sodfisfacente la colazione . Spero si ravvedano x la soddisfazione dei clienti.

Room clean and tidy. Comfy bed. No food or snacks of any sort. But the main issue was that it was booked to be paid on arrival, but the money was taken 2 DAYS BEFORE.

Clean room. Top floor room meant 10 mins before hot water arrived for a shower. Also toilet/shower room had a sensor switching the light and extractor on at all times. Disturbing for anyone sharing the room during the night.

Great room for a reasonable price. Checkin and out was really easy and the gentleman at the desk who got us sorted was very helpful with tips for the local area and the best way to get to the concert we were down in London for. Would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting the Eventim Apollo.

アクセス环境はよい空港アクセス、駅アクセスなど立地はよいです。建物も趣があると考えればよいです。4Fまで狭い阶段をスーツケース昇降はきつい。助けてくれる人がいてくださったお阴でなんとかなりました。栋全体のドアの开け闭めが闻こえる上、隣の部屋との壁も薄いので会话や足音が耳に入ります。お世辞にも爱想がよいスタッフ？オーナーではないので予期せぬ発言にめげない気持ちでいないといたたまれないです。

Bom custo benefício Localiza??o excelente, fizemos tudo a pé. Proximo Esta??o Trem.Cordialidade dos funcionários. Tudo muito limpo. Ficamos em quarto grande[103] com muito conforto. Ponto negativo é n?o ter ovos, bacon Breakfast. Café tem que ficar solicitando a atendente. Porém, sempre muito solícita.

Отличный современный отель недалеко от Таксим( мин. 10).В 350 метрах вниз - современный музей Ордер, билет стоит меньше 5 долларов. Спасибо Тrip. com. За хороший выбор.
