We stayed at this lovely gem of a hotel for our last night in Puglia. Our only regret was not staying here longer and using this as a base instead of the 3 previous nights in Monopoli, which we found to be overpriced for accommodation and restaurants. The staff were extremely welcoming and we were able to check in early. The hotel is spotless, and displays it's elegant history especially in the lobby with lovely details. It is exceptionally located near the train station, perhaps a 5 minute walk. This location was perfect for travelling to and from surrounding towns. The room was not large but had enough room for two with storage, a large comfy bed and pillows and spotless washroom with toiletries. Our room facing the street had a small balcony and was quiet with the window closed. There is a gorgeous rooftop patio with lounge chairs to relax after a lot of walking. Remarkably quiet for being close to a train station. There is also an exercise room which we did not use. We did enjoy a cocktail in the lobby for our last night in Puglia which was lovely. The hotel arranged for a taxi at 3:30 am for us to get to the airport and provided us a take away breakfast. The breakfast room looked beautiful but we were unable to use because of our early departure. This hotel is really an understated gem with old world charm and incredible value. A perfect stay. Would highly recommend.

The sounds in all the rooms were in my room. Very bad. No sound insulation.

The hotel was like being catfished. Photos looked great on the website but when you turned up, it turned out to be a backwater hillbilly cousin you never knew about. The jug was broken, they just told us they didn’t have anymore, the air con was at a fixed temperature and everything needed a deposit, extra key, beach towel etc and the decor and furniture looked as though it had seen much better days. Our shade over one of our doors was broken and though they said it would be fixed three times, in the 9 days we were there (we were part of a big sporting group) they didn’t fix it. To their credit however, they are renovating but had I not visited my friends rooms, I wouldn’t have know that - it actually just perturbed me more that there were nice quality rooms and we got a crappy one. 4 stars it is not, more like 2. Oh, the bartending girl from Florence was lovely, as were the dinner wait staff and the cleaners. Management, give those people a raise.

Great location, right on the beachfront.
We had a Comfort Room, which was very comfortable, spacious and had perfect view from the 6th floor over the beach. Highly recommendable.
Very extensive breakfast buffet.
On the negative side, check-in was slow with no additional information, like where breakfast would be, or discounted pricing for the beaches, or information about the facilities (we realized only after a few days that the hotel has a big swimming pool area at the back). Breakfast was trying at times - coffee machines placed so that people getting coffee blocked getting to the buffet, often no cups, staff didn't notice the machines needed refilling. Check-in and breakfast were both not the sort of service one would expect in a 4-star hotel. We were completely ignored on our 2nd day at lunch at one of the hotel's beach restaurants, eventually we simply left and lunched for the rest of our stay at another restaurant.

午前中に到着しましたが、チェックインさせてくださいました。
お部屋も広くて快适でした。
早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、前日に頼んでおいたら
朝食セットを用意してくださいました。

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere la spiaggia ed il centro.
Colazione varia ed abbondante, presentava anche prodotti gluten free.
Pur avendo soggiornato in inverno le stanze erano ben riscaldate
