Aesthetically this hotel is gorgeous and we had a lovely stay , but there are a few things that let it down.
It was incredibly clean , gardens were beautiful, rooms a decent size with nice beds .
Staff were very friendly but in most cases , not all they were a bit underwhelming in their service .
Dinner was a frustration to get plates cleared away, any drinks etc etc . I very much got the opinion if you weren't tipping you wasnt get served . As it wasnt due to lack of staff .
Unfortunately I am someone who will happily tip for good service but not to get it .
Bfast getting a coffee etc very hard work , or they would bring coffee but no milk.
Food we came to the conclusion if you are happy to eat all of your meals early you will get a far better experience . It isnt a hotel that provides endless options , although the offerings were ok . However when a lot of better things ran out like desserts etc they just wasnt replaced. We couldnt even get vanilla icecream at 2pm on one lunch and they only ever did the same three flavours.

great service mindset and personnel selection. 5/5. Karwah (sorry for spelling) in buffets is a true gem.
in trying to find something to improve: the live band while we were there not very good.. music in background at a la carte restaurant off (ex: whitney houston..). should be something Moroccan (either traditional or modern) for the experience. note floors in bathrooms extremely slippery when wet. front desk staff great too. shuttle driver precious. bravo!

Bel h?tel rénové .decoration à la fois moderne et contemporain . Nous y avons passé 4 nuits ,petit séjour agréable avec un point négatif le matin de notre départ . Problème du prestataire privé (KOIRIDE)pour la navette privée qui a tardé à venir ( le RDV avait été pris pour 7h00.sur les conseils du réceptionniste vers 7h30 ce dernier nous a appelé un taxi en nous demandant 250 dirham et il ne lui a donné que 150. Nous sommes en colère de nous êtes fait volés et surtout de passer pour des voleurs auprès du taxi . Nous avons d? rendre 50 dirham car la course pour l aéroport était en fait à 200 et non à 250 comme le réceptionniste nous avait dit …

Good for a quick short stay
The report itself was lovely, but the rooms are in serious need of an update.
The room I stayed in had two leaks, one from behind the toilet and another from the sink, it also had a disruptive noise on the ceiling fan. We called reception a few times to make improvements and it took hours to have it sorted.
Other than that the resort was lovely, rooms a bit small but it was manageable.
I would recommend, only if you don’t plan on spending much time in the hotel room.
Staff was lovely, food was ok, and location wasn’t too bad.

H?tel très bien tenu. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et a l'écoute. Dommage que les grandes piscines extérieures ne soient pas chauffées.
les restaurants sont légèrement bruyants. par contre, les plats sont très bons.

H?tel agréable, calme et propre avec un grand jardin. Restaurants avec buffets bien garnis, en partie renouvelés chaque jour. Navette vers Marrakech gratuite plusieurs fois par jour. Personnel très agréable. Un seul regret : une seule piscine chauffée en hiver.

Hotel bello camere molto pulite e confortevoli , sul cibo avrei qualche riserva , noi non abbiamo mangiato molto bene , colazione ottima , l’unica nota non positiva è il cibo e il servizio , per il resto ottimo hotel

L’h?tel est agréable et le personnel aussi toutefois si vous vous attendez à découvrir des plats marocains vous vous êtes malheureusement trompé d’h?tel. En effet vous retrouverez 2 plats (midi et soir) qui sont le couscous et le tajine (toujours le même pas de variantes) le reste c’est des frites, des pates, des crudités, des pizzas donc grosse déception à ce niveau. Concernant le service rien à dire ils sont tous très gentils et accueillants dans l’ensemble. Concernant la piscine il est vrai qu’il faut vous lever t?t pour avoir un transat et encore plus t?t pour un bed. Je ne sais pas si je recommanderai cet h?tel mais c’est pas non plus le pire si vous n’attendez rien
