No longer a fan! Seven of us stayed here many years ago and loved it, we were blown away by the beauty of the place and the kindness of everyone we met at the hotel. We had new people with us this time and raved about how excited we were to share it with them….this time we just felt disappointed. The staff was friendly enough, but there was no warmth from anyone other than the cleaning lady who was very kind. When we booked, it showed under amenities that breakfast was included. Upon arrival we were told that it was not included and cost 15.00 euro per person. It was definitely not a breakfast of that value. We tried to make a case showing what their website said about breakfast being included vs. every other place we stayed in which it stated specifically that there would be a fee. The front desk girl was kind enough about the situation when she tried explaining things, but it still left us with a bad taste as the explanation made no sense as it showed breakfast included as an amenity with no additional fee. The sparkling wine and chips in the garden were a nice touch to start our stay. The bedding was substandard, not soft at all and the pillows offered zero support as they were all so flat. We are a very friendly family and found everyone to be very pretentious and we didn’t feel the warm welcome we had several years ago. We left feeling heavy hearted about this stay. Sadly, this will be our last stay at Villa Stucky.

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The design and furniture is exquisite. It was clean, has elevator, free breakfast and the staff is amazing to get you anything you need. They will even call you a taxi if needed to get to the airport. A short walk will take you to many restaurants and shopping. Our whole family loved staying here.

This property has very old rooms and bathrooms. No AC nor coffee in the room. Staff were very courteous and location is great if ypi are going to Venice by train. The station is 8 minutes away walking. The hotel is inexpensive and maybe that is why you can’t demand much.

Bruyant ! Dormi avec le bruit dans la chambre d'une installation electrique caché dans un meuble ! Honteux ! + Chambre qui a fait la fête à coté, mais aucune intervention de l'hotel pour faire cesser le bruit. Petit déjeuner 30 euros à deux à rajouter. Aucune bouteille (VIP) pour notre arrivée comme indiqué. En taxi de l'aéroport : 45 euros.

Si vous nous l'aviez signalé, nous aurions pu intervenir rapidement pour le faire cesser.Cependant, en ce qui concerne l'installation électronique que vous avez mentionnée dans le commentaire, nous ne sommes pas vraiment en mesure d'en attribuer la cause car il n'y en a pas à l'intérieur de la chambre.En ce qui concerne le co?t du petit déjeuner (non inclus dans votre tarif), vous avez été informé à l'avance, et vous avez choisi de l'ajouter.De même pour le taxi, vous étiez au courant du co?t et c'est un tarif municipal qui ne dépend pas de nous.La bouteille offerte et incluse dans votre tarif pouvait être retirée à notre bar à tout moment.Cordialement,H?tel Villa Stucky.

Restaurant as described on the ******* app was only a bar; a few restaurants within walking distance, though. Sauna was a joke because it didn’t seal and heated the room. Over-priced breakfast buffet…get local with better options and considerably cheaper.

Dear Guest,we are sorry to read about it.Maybe there's a mistake and you didn't read correctly because it's not indicated we have a restaurant inside the hotel but just a bar. Some reasturants are available just walking out from the hotel in our city center.About Sauna it's a private and exclusive service inside our suite that as normal needs minimum 20m of time to work after that its tuned on. Being a private service can't be active 24h inside the room.We retain that buffet breakfast cost is not overpriced as described. Our complete offer with coffees and teas and many sweet and salt products can't cost less than 15In local bar near to us if you take only a coffee , a juice and a croissant you don't spend less than 6 ......and this is not an offer of a complete meal with service that you have done with our buffet breakfast...We hope that you will revalue your judge after these considerations.We rest availables for further informations.Best regards
