Dear Mr. John,Thank you for the kind review, and we want to address some of the points that you mentioned.We are experiencing a quick temperature drop that is not usual for this period, and in the rooms the bed sheets are for a warmer weather, but please note that you had a closet with an actual wool blanket to use.The windows and the shutters can be controlled remotely and indipendently from the guests inside the room.Our hotel was built way before the lift was built and there was no option to make it reach the last floor, but the staff is available in case of need.Hope that this helps,Best regards
