Wij verbleven een week in de stylish deluxe kamer. Ostrakon is een kleinschalig, nieuw, modern, luxe hotel. Wij hadden geen ontbijt erbij geboekt, in Agia Marina kun je overal ontbijten of naar de supermarkt. Alles was perfect geregeld, communicatie vanaf moment van boeken tot uitchecken. Kamers zijn heel schoon en compleet. Je mag gebruik maken van de ligbedden van restaurant Me Gusta, je bent dus in 20 meter op het strand!! Wat Ostrakon speciaal maakt is de receptioniste Maria, ze houdt contact, helpt je met alles wat je nodig hebt, wil gaan plannen, geeft tips voor excursies, restaurants, mooie stranden. Ze neemt echt de tijd voor je en is heel warm en oprecht ge?nteresseerd. Alleen al voor Maria zouden wij zeker terug gaan ??

Un posto molto carino e tranquillo per passare delle belle giornate a Creta. Ottima posizione per spostarsi e visitare varie parti dell’isola. Sono sempre molto disponibili e pronti ad aiutarti e informarti a proposito di dubbi/domande. Camere estremamente pulite e ordinate

Not only was it the perfect location with the nicest beach in front of us steps away, but the service was spectacular! From reserving our beach beds to setting us up with a couple private tours that we wouldn’t have otherwise found! Maria our hostess was amazing! We are at play and she sent us videos on how to get in without any issues & The apartment was fabulous, tons of space, a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and super clean!! Would recommend anyone stay here who is looking for luxury and is within footsteps of many restaurants!

First time in Crete and had a wonderful experience overall. Ostrakon was great, extremely clean. Maria was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Highly recommended!!

Premetto che è la 4 volta che veniamo a Creta, e la 3 ad Agia Marina; abbiamo quindi provato diverse strutture 3 e 4 stelle. Albergo piccolo (hanno 5 stanze al piano terra + 2 appartamenti al primo piano), molto nuovo e moderno. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte nell’appartamento con jacuzzi sul terrazzo e 6 notti occupando 2 delle 5 stanze al piano terra. Maria, la ragazza che gestisce la reception è estremamente disponibile e molto gentile. Le pulizie fatte bene e gli asciugami cambiati tutti i giorni (anche quelli per la spiaggia). Purtroppo però i servizi finisco qui, la reception è aperta solo dalle 8.30 alle 18.00, la domenica le pulizie non vengono fatte….tutte cose scoperte in loco, non preventivate al momento della prenotazione e nemmeno esplicitate il giorno del check in. La domenica era presente la proprietaria in reception e gli ho chiesto come mai non ci fossero le pulizie e mi ha risposto “qui è normale, il personale non può lavorare 7 giorni su 7”….gli ho fatto presente tutto il mio disappunto, ma nulla…l’unica risposta addizionale è stata “ma le nostre camere sono belle”…. Il lunedì, quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura era presente ancora la titolare in reception e gli ho chiesto un taxi, mi ha dato in mano un biglietto da visita di una società che effettua transfer e mi ha detto che potevo chiamare loro….davvero un pessimo servizio (soprattutto considerando che il giorno prima avevamo avuto la discussione in merito al rifacimento delle stanze). Tutto questo per 150€ a testa al giorno…senza colazione (si paga 10€ a testa al giorno a parte), senza una piscina, senza un servizio di reception H24, senza un bar interno, senza quindi alcun servizio che giustifichi un prezzo del genere. In conclusione, l’albergo è anche bello, ma sicuramente per i servizi che danno e per le amenities offerte, dovrebbero quantomeno ridurre del 30% le tariffe se non dimezzarle proprio (150/170€ al giorno per stanza sono più che sufficienti). Suggerimento, ci sono molte strutture migliori a prezzi più bassi (con piscine, accessi diretti a spiaggia, reception h24, pulizie 7/7; oppure spendendo la stessa cifra (150€ a testa al giorno) strutture con servizi da veri 4/5 stelle.

Maria the receptionist was brilliant from the time of booking and throughout the stay. She provided alot of information on things to do and restaurants. She was friendly and provided a personal touch, an asset to the hotel. The hotel was modern, comfortable and clean and a great location to the beach. The room was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen, and the AC worked well. There is also free parking next door. They also provided beach towels and a beach bag. The hotel has a partnership with Mu Gusta restaurant where we had breakfast included and was a good start to the day. They also provided free sun loungers and umbrella. If we come to Chania again we would stay with Ostrakon Suites.

Ganz tolle Unterkunft, alles neu und sauber. Wir sind abends sehr sp?t angekommen, wir haben genaue Instruktionen bekommen um in die Anlage und das Zimmer zu gelangen. Die Gesch?ftsführerin Maria hat sich auch gleich am Abend telefonisch gemeldet und wollte sich vergewissern ob alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Maria war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt ob wir was brauchen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und neu, wie auf den Bildern. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Restaurant Me Gusta war lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Der Sandstrand lag genau davor und war sehr sch?n und das Wasser war sehr sauber. Der Service am Strand klappte auch super und die Preise waren ok.
