The apartment style room was super - spacious modern and very clean nespresso coffee , robes, slippers, hot water kettle for tea , lovely bath products , a beach bag tote for your things , sodas and nice refrigerator for our waters -

My girlfriend and I just returned from a fabulous mini vacation to Crete. We stayed 4.5 days and, I look forward to returning with my husband someday! It’s not often I leave reviews however, the property we stayed at stands out. “Ostrakon Suites” is new, modern, and fresh. It is a small hotel with 7 rooms to choose from. Our 2 bedroom suite/apartment was absolutely perfect. It was very quiet, spacious, has high quality bedding and comfortable mattresses plus, large televisions. The AC works great however, it was so peaceful to listen to the ocean waves all night. So, I left all the patio doors open and just closed the screen doors. The kitchen is large and has all amenities needed to make meals, including: coffee maker with coffee, tea kettle, cookware, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, and dishes. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance that are delicious, very reasonably priced, high quality and serving super fresh food. The food in Crete is incredibly scrumptious! The indoor living area of the apartment is just as comfortable as the outdoor living space. Both have a sofa, chairs, coffee table and outside are also lounge chairs. The large terrace has a jacuzzi/hot tub that can seat several people. The view overlooking the sandy beautiful beach feels like a moment in paradise. The entire property is immaculate plus, the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff are very warm and welcoming, they make one feel like family. All questions were answered through-out our stay and, it was nice to get recommendations for nearby supermarkets, restaurants, coffee cafes, kayak and water boat sports, plus how to take the public transportation into old town Chaina that is just minutes away. Chania is a cute charming small city with art galleries, boutique shops and restaurants that line the narrow pedestrian streets. Where the old town meets the coast, you will feel as though you are in a painting. The Venetian harbor is a painter and photographer’s dream. It is a perfect place to sip a Greek coffee and pass the day away. I highly recommend Ostrakon Suites!! It sits on a lovely sandy beach with everything you need at your fingertips. There is so much to do in this area from: swimming in the sea, going to wineries, shopping, eating all the local tastes especially olive oils and fresh fish, to discovering the fascinating history, hiking gorges, and taking boat tours to name just a few options.

Maria was absolutely fabulous, the customer service and accommodations she provided made our trip. The property is very new, spacious and well located. We loved everyone we met there as at the adjoining restaurant Me Gusta. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We had a wonderful week at the Ostrakon Suites! Everything was PERFECT! The rooms have a very modern and sophisticated interior, an absolute wow factor when you walk in. You have everything you need in the room (even a pretty beach bag!) and the cleanliness was excellent. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, absolutely perfect. It is right on the beach, so you can even hear the waves from your room. The beach area was the best on Agia Marina Beach. All the good beach clubs and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop for the bus that goes to Chania is right in front of the hotel.
But the best thing about the hotel is Maria! She is the most amazing host we have ever met! No matter what you want or need, Maria was there. She had the best recommendations that never disappointed. She surprised us one day with something that won our hearts and that we‘ll always remember because it was such a lovely gesture. She made us feel like we were good friends and without her our vacation would not have been the same. A wonderful personality, who you want to meet again, so one day we will hopefully be back!

Stayed for 12 nights mid-June in the deluxe sea view apartment. Perfect stylish and well-equipped apartment. Size very decent for a family of 4. The terrace was equipped with shallow jacuzzi, sunbeds, lounge area, outside shower and a barbeque so everything that you need just to relax. The surroundings are nice with the beach and sunbeds just a few meters away and many, many good restaurants within walking distance. The icing on the cake is really Maria who took care of us even before the vacation started by booking transfers and excursion. At site she arranged taxis, birthday gifts and always with a smile. So, in conclusion a great service all through. Worth mentioning also is Olga who serviced us on the beach with drinks and snacks all day. We really appreciated our stay and looking forward to going back again as soon as possible

Unser aufenthalt in Ostrakon war ausgezeichnet so wie die Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals inkl. Restaurant Me Gusta. Alle sind sehr aufmerksam und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders m?chten wir Maria, die Rezeptionistin, hervorheben. Sie ist eine sehr tolle Person und in jeder Hinsicht ?usserst professionell. Mit ihren wertvollen Tipps hat sie unseren Urlaub noch sch?ner gemacht. Was unm?glich scheint, macht Maria m?glich. Sie steckt so viel Energie hinein, um jedem Gast gerecht zu werden. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und sauber. Das Hotel liegt direkt am wundersch?nen Sandstrand. Ich kann es w?rmstens weiterempfehlen! Danke für alles??

Alles an diesem Hotel ist 5 Sterne wert. Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit… Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen und jedem empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen. Maria, die Dame am Empfang nimmt sich für jeden Gast und jeden Wunsch Zeit und gibt als Local super Empfehlungen für Str?nde, Resturants etc. Danke!

Des prestations incroyables pour l'appartement, un service de grande qualité et une mention spéciale à Maria qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit exceptionnel. De plus votre transat vous est réservé au Beach restaurant " Me Gusta" où vous pouvez aussi réserver vos petits déjeuners face à la mer.
